Abstract

1. Helado perfeccionado, del tipo que comprende un cono (1) de galleta o barquillo y una masa de helado (2) o mantecado dispuesta superiormente sobre la embocadura del citado cono (1) e introducida en su interior, existiendo una capa (5) impermeabilizante del interior de dicho cono, de chocolate, chocolate blanco o grasa comestible preferentemente, esencialmente caracterizado porque el cono (1) está prolongado, sin solución de continuidad, por un collar (3) o cubierta lateral, de forma troncocónica e igual generatriz, realizado en chocolate o grasas comestibles preferentemente, que cubre, aproximadamente parcialmente o en su totalidad, la altura del helado (2) o mantecado que resulta sobresaliente por encima de la embocadura del cono (1) de barquillo; y porque dicho collar (3) está constituido por una lámina delgada de forma troncocónica, de igual generatriz que el cono inferior, y bases superior e inferior abiertas, que presenta junto a la embocadura inferior un escalonado (6) entrante circundante y proyectado en un corto faldón (7), también troncocónico, operativamente apto para su acoplamiento con la embocadura abierta del cono (1) inferior y su solidarización por adhesión a la capa (5) de chocolate o grasa comestible aún líquida en la congelación del helado.
