Claims (5)
- 제과 제빵 식품의 바깥 표면 일측에 빵류를 손에 들고 섭취할 수 있게 하기 위하여 빵의 겉면을 포장재로 일부 가려주는 빵류 포장 구조에 있어서,상기, 빵류 포장구조는,전면과 뒷면 그리고 양측 및 바닥이 면으로 막혀진 벽을 형성하고, 그 한쪽면은 개방된 개방면을 형성하여, 상기 개방면을 통해 빵을 안착시킬 수 있도록 구성되고, 상기 개방면을 통해 안착되는 빵을 수납할 수 있는 수납공간을 구비하며, 상기 벽과 수납공간은 빵을 수납한 상태에서 변형 되지 않는 섭취 가능한 고체 케이크로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 빵류 포장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체 케이크는, 양면상부가 개방되어 그 개방면을 통해 빵을 수납하는 반원형 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 빵류 포장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체 케이크는, 상부가 개방되어 그 개방면을 통해 빵을 수납하는 삼각형 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 빵류 포장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체 케이크의 벽부에는 재료 사용량을 줄이기 위한 스페이스를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빵류 포장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체케이크의 벽부중 전면과 뒷면은 내용물의 유동을 방지하기 위한 덧살이 형성되고, 바닥면은 내용물의 유동이나 흘러내림을 방지하기 위해 이중바닥으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 빵류 포장 구조.
