Claims (14)
- Pièce de compression tricotée (1, 1', 1"), composée d'au moins un fil à tricoter de base (2) formant des mailles, d'au moins fil de trame (3) élastique inséré et/ou tricoté, ainsi que d'au moins un fil relevé (4), formant une bouclette (6) plaquée au moins par endroits sur le fil à tricoter de base (2), l'au moins un fil de relevé (4) étant un fil adhésif, destiné à conférer un effet antidérapant à la pièce de compression tricotée (1, 1', 1"), caractérisée en ce que le fil adhésif (4) est un fil de silicone, d'élasthanne ou de caoutchouc.
- Pièce de compression tricotée (1, 1', 1") selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fil adhésif (4) comporte une âme de fil, de préférence en silicone, l'âme de fil étant revêtue ou enlacée notamment de silicone, d'élasthanne et/ou de caoutchouc.
- Pièce de compression tricotée (1, 1', 1") selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le fil adhésif (4) est muni d'un revêtement soluble aux fluides, notamment hydrosoluble ou est enlacé d'un fil d'enlacement soluble aux fluides, notamment hydrosoluble.
- Pièce de compression tricotée (1") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sur le fil à tricoter de base (2) est plaqué au moins par endroits un fil relevé (5) formant une deuxième bouclette, de préférence en polyamide, en polyester, en polypropylène ou en fibres naturelles.
- Pièce de compression tricotée (1") selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les premières bouclettes (6) formées par le fil adhésif (4) et les deuxièmes bouclettes (7) formées par le deuxième fil relevé (5) sont de différentes hauteurs.
- Pièce de compression tricotée (1") selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que les segments comportant les fils relevés (4, 5) formant les bouclettes se chevauchent au moins partiellement.
- Pièce de compression tricotée (1, 1") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les bouclettes (6) formées par le fil adhésif (4) s'étendent à travers le tricot de base (1, 1"), de sorte que le fil adhésif (4) déborde sur les deux côtés du tricot (1, 1").
- Tricot de compression de base (1, 1") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que pour former un ou plusieurs éléments antidérapants (8), le fil adhésif (4) est introduit en étant localement limité dans le tricot de base (1, 1").
- Tricot de compression de base (1', 1") selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou les plusieurs éléments antidérapants (8) font preuve chacun d'une extension comprise entre 1 et 2 cm dans la direction longitudinale et/ou dans la direction périphérique du tricot.
- Tricot de compression de base (1, 1', 1") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fil adhésif (4) est partiellement inséré par tricot dans la direction périphérique, en formant au moins une bouclette (6) ou est inséré par endroits par tricot dans le tricot de base (1, 1', 1").
- Tricot de compression de base (1, 1") selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que dans l'au moins un segment, le fil adhésif (4) est inséré par tricot en formant par endroits des bouclettes et en étant uniquement déposé ou plaqué par endroits dans le tricot de base (1, 1") sans former des bouclettes, pour former plusieurs éléments antidérapants (8) placés côte à côte.
- Tricot de compression de base (1', 1") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tricot de base (1, 1") est un collant, notamment un manchon ou un bas (9), une chaussette, un bandage, notamment un bandage pour pieds, ou une pièce tricotée d'une orthèse.
- Tricot de compression de base (1") selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le fil adhésif (4) est inséré par tricot dans le tricot de base (1") conçu sous la forme d'un bas (9), d'un chaussette ou d'un bandage pour pieds, de telle sorte que lorsque le tricot (1") est porté, sur la face intérieure et/ou sur la face extérieure du tricot, les bouclettes (6) soient placées dans la zone de la semelle (10) notamment uniquement dans la zone du talon (11), des orteils (12) et/ou de la plante des pieds (13).
- Tricot de compression de base (1") selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que, mesurées par l'essai sur l'instrument de mesure HOSY, les pressions compressives générées par le tricot de base (1") sont comprises, au niveau des chevilles (14) du bas (9) entre 10 et 40 mmHg, au niveau des mollets (15) entre 5 et 30 mmHg et au niveau des tarses (16), entre 10 et 30 mmHg.
