Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Sitz-/Liegemöbel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Derartige Möbel sind grundsätzlich bekannt, beispielsweise aus EP 1 327 400 A2 .
  • Auch ist es bekannt, dass eine Fußstütze über einen Beschlag derart mit einem Rückenteil oder einem Sitzteil gekoppelt ist, dass eine Änderung der Relativposition des Rückenteils und des Sitzteils zueinander ein Verschwenken der Fußstütze bewirkt.
  • Im nicht verschwenkten Zustand ist die Fußstütze hierbei im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum Sitzteil orientiert, was beispielsweise in Bezug auf die Ästhetik nachteilig ist.
  • Auch wird in dieser Position die freie Bewegung der Füße eines Benutzers verhindert.
  • Ferner ist nachteilig, dass lediglich in einer Liegeposition die Fußstütze ausgefahren ist. Aus Komfortgründen kann es jedoch auch wünschenswert sein, die Fußstütze beispielsweise bei einer aufrechten Position bzw. in einer Zwischenposition des Rückenteils zu nutzen.
  • Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Sitz-/Liegemöbel hinsichtlich des Komforts zu verbessern.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst mit einem Sitz-/Liegemöbel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird der erste Fußstützenabschnitt, insbesondere zusammen mit dem zweiten Fußstützenabschnitt, unabhängig von einer Änderung der Relativposition des Rückenteils und des Sitzteils zueinander mittels eines ersten Beschlags verschwenkt. Auch eine Relativbewegung des zweiten Fußstützenabschnitts zum ersten Fußstützenabschnitt erfolgt mittels eines zweiten Beschlags unabhängig von einer Bewegung des Rückenteils bzw. Sitzteils.
  • Auf diese Weise kann die Fußstütze auch dann ausgeklappt und/oder ausgefahren werden, wenn sich die Rückenlehne in einer aufrechten Position befindet. Auch im Sitzen oder in einer Zwischenposition bietet sich somit ein hohes Maß an Komfort.
  • Ferner ist es möglich, dass die Fußstütze nicht ausgefahren ist, wenn sich die Rückenlehne in einer Liegeposition befindet.
  • Das Sitz-/Liegemöbel ist durch die unabhängige Verstellbarkeit der Fußstütze folglich variabel an die Bedürfnisse des Benutzers anpassbar.
  • Der erste und der zweite Beschlag können insbesondere ein Bestandteil eines gemeinsamen Beschlags sein.
  • Insbesondere können die Beschläge miteinander zwangsgekoppelt sein. Wird folglich die Antriebsvorrichtung betätigt, so kann über die Beschläge, vorzugsweise mithilfe einer einzigen Bewegung, sowohl der erste Fußstützenabschnitt relativ zum Stützrahmen verschwenkt als auch der zweite Fußstützenabschnitt aus- bzw. eingefahren werden. Der zweite Fußstützenabschnitt kann beispielweise über eine Kulissenführung mit dem ersten Fußstützenabschnitt in Verbindung stehen.
  • Der Antrieb kann insbesondere manuell, z.B. mittels eines Hebels, erfolgen. Es ist jedoch auch beispielsweise ein elektrischer Antrieb denkbar, welcher vorzugsweise über eine mit dem Sitz-/Liegemöbel verbundene oder drahtlos damit in Kontakt stehende Steuereinheit gesteuert werden kann.
  • Bezüglich der Wirkungsweise und möglichen Ausgestaltungen der Fußstützvorrichtung und deren Beschläge als solche wird auf DE 696 07 918 T2 verwiesen, auf deren Offenbarungsgehalt diesbezüglich hiermit ausdrücklich Bezug genommen wird.
  • Es war für den Fachmann äußerst überraschend und unerwartet, dass eine Antriebsvorrichtung zusammen mit einer Fußstützvorrichtung, welche zugleich eine Verschwenk- und eine Ausfahrbewegung realisieren, auch bei Sitz-/Liegemöbeln mit einer Freischwingertragstruktur eingesetzt werden kann, wie sie im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 definiert ist.
  • Sitz-/Liegemöbel mit einer Freischwingertragstruktur haben nämlich stets ein Sitzteil, dessen Rahmen aus einem rund gebogenen Rohr gebildet wird. Aufgrund dieses Grundaufbaus und der geringen Höhe des Sitzteils schien es daher nicht möglich, eine entsprechende Fußstützvorrichtung samt Antriebsvorrichtung unterhalb des Sitzteils anzuordnen.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß insbesondere dadurch ermöglicht, dass das Sitzteil eine rechteckige Grundstruktur aufweisen kann und beispielsweise eine Art Kasten oder Aufnahme für eine Fußstützenvorrichtung bildet. Die Fußstützenvorrichtung bzw. zumindest der Stützrahmen kann somit insbesondere wie eine Kassette oder eine Schublade unterhalb des Sitzteils verstaut werden.
  • Um genügend Platz zum Ausschwenken der Fußstützenabschnitte zur Verfügung zu haben, wird der Rahmen des Sitzteils insbesondere aus keinem gebogenen Rohr gebildet, sondern aus eckigen Kantenblechen. Vorzugsweise kann eine vordere Kante des Sitzteils flach und insbesondere gerade ausgebildet sein, um auf diese Weise eine relativ große Höhe bzw. vordere Bodenfreiheit für die Verschwenk- bzw. Ausfahrbewegung der Fußstütze zu erreichen.
  • Auf diese Weise berühren die Fußstützenabschnitte nicht den Boden, während sie verschwenkt werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen beschrieben. Hierbei handelt es sich um rein beispielhafte Ausführungsformen. Für die einzelnen beschriebenen Aspekte wird auch jeweils losgelöst von der speziellen Ausführungsform Schutz beansprucht.
  • In den Fig. 1a bis 2c ist ein Sessel mit einem Sitzteil 10 und einem Rückenteil 12 gezeigt. Das Sitzteil 10 und das Rückenteil 12 werden von einer Freischwingertragstruktur 14 getragen. Die Freischwingertragstruktur 14 umfasst einen Tragbügel 54, einen Basisabschnitt 56, einen zumindest näherungsweise horizontal verlaufenden Horizontalabschnitt 58 sowie einen den Basisabschnitt 56 und den Horizontalabschnitt 58 miteinander verbindenden und ein Verschwenken des Horizontalabschnitts 58 relativ zum Basisabschnitt 56 ermöglichenden Gelenkabschnitt 60.
  • In den Fig. 1a bis 1c befindet sich das Rückenteil 12 zusammen mit einer Kopfstütze 16 stets in einer aufrechten Position, während in den Fig. 2a bis 2c eine Liegeposition dargestellt ist.
  • Der Verstellmechanismus für eine Fußstützenvorrichtung 18 erfolgt jedoch unabhängig davon, ob das Rückenteil 12 geneigt ist oder nicht.
  • Die Fußstützenvorrichtung 18 umfasst einen Stützrahmen 20, einen ersten Fußstützenabschnitt 22 und einen zweiten Fußstützenabschnitt 24.
  • Über eine Antriebsvorrichtung 26, welche einen Hebel 28 umfasst, können die Fußstützenabschnitte 22, 24 bewegt werden.
  • Wird beispielsweise der Hebel 28 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn bewegt, so klappen der erste Fußstützenabschnitt 22 und der zweite Fußstützenabschnitt 24 im Uhrzeigersinn aus (vgl. Fig. 1b und 2b).
  • Ferner wird durch die Bewegung des Hebels 28 auch der zweite Fußstützenabschnitt 24 geradlinig relativ zum ersten Fußstützenabschnitt 22 herausgeschoben. Die Fußauflagefläche wird dadurch deutlich vergrößert (vgl. Fig. 1c und 2c).
  • Wird der Hebel 28 wieder zurückverstellt, fährt der zweite Fußstützenabschnitt 24 wieder ein und die Fußstützenabschnitte 22, 24 werden wieder unter das Sitzteil 10 verschwenkt.
  • In Fig. 3 ist beispielhaft eine Fußstützenvorrichtung 18 gezeigt. Der erste Fußstützenabschnitt 22 ist hierbei ausgeklappt. Auch ist der zweite Fußstützenabschnitt 24 herausgeschoben. Hierzu ist eine Schienenführung 30 vorgesehen. Der erste Fußstützenabschnitt 22 weist auf beiden Seiten eine Längsnut 32 auf, in welche die Innenkanten 34 des zweiten Fußstützenabschnitts 24 eingreifen.
  • Zum Verschwenken umfasst die Antriebsvorrichtung 26 einen ersten Beschlag 36 sowie einen zweiten Beschlag 38 zum Aus- bzw. Einfahren des zweiten Fußstützenabschnitts 24. Die Antriebsvorrichtung 26 kann ferner eine Spiralfeder 40 umfassen, um die Verstellbewegung zu unterstützen.
  • Zur Befestigung des im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Stützrahmens 20 am Sitzteil 10 sind Führungsschienen 42 vorgesehen. Alternativ können auch jegliche andere Befestigungsmöglichkeiten gewählt werden, beispielsweise Lochbleche.
  • Eine Draufsicht auf ein Sitzteil 10 ist in Fig. 4a dargestellt. Die rechteckige Grundform wird hierbei mithilfe von Kantblechen 44 und einem Rohr 45 gebildet.
  • Um unterhalb des Sitzteils 10 genügend Platz für den Stützrahmen 20 bzw. eine Befestigung für den Stützrahmen 20 zu erhalten, sind Federn 46, welche bei herkömmlichen Sesseln mit Freischwingertragstruktur quer gespannt sind, längs gespannt. Die Federn 46 verlaufen somit im Wesentlichen parallel zu Seitenträgern 50 und senkrecht zu einem vorderen Träger 48.
  • Die Federn 46 können an einer Seite mit dem Sitzteil 10 am vorderen Träger 48 verschweißt sein und auf der anderen Seite eingehängt werden.
  • Eine Unteransicht des Sitzteils 10 ist in Fig. 4b gezeigt. Der vordere Träger 48 weist im Vergleich zu den Seitenträgern 50 eine geringere Höhe auf. Der vordere Träger 48 ist flach und abgekantet. Auch ist dieser Träger 48 im eingebauten Zustand im Vergleich zur Unterkante der Seitenträger 50 nach oben versetzt. Zudem ist der vordere Träger 48 gerade und nicht gebogen. Diese Maßnahmen dienen dazu, um genügend Platz für eine Verschwenkbewegung der Fußstützenabschnitte 22, 24 zur Verfügung zu stellen.
  • Die senkrecht zum vorderen Träger 48 orientierten Seitenträgern 50 sind höher als der vordere Träger 48, da an diesen eine Haltevorrichtung 52 zur Aufnahme der Führungsschienen 42 des Stützrahmens 20 vorgesehen sind.
  • Der Stützrahmen 20 kann folglich wie eine Schublade oder eine Kassette unter das Sitzteil 10 geschoben und dort befestigt, beispielsweise verschraubt und/oder verschweißt, werden. Die Fußstützenvorrichtung bildet somit ein Modul.
  • Verschiedene Ansichten, bei denen der Stützrahmen 20 und das Sitzteil 10 zusammengesetzt sind, sind in den Fig. 5a bis 6b gezeigt.
  • Das Sitzteil 10 und die Fußstützvorrichtung 18 kann mit einem Rückenteil 12 verbunden werden. Die einzelnen Bestandteile können gepolstert und/oder bezogen werden.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ermöglicht auch bei Sitz-/Liegemöbeln mit einer Freischwingertragstruktur eine autarke Verstellung der Fußstütze, unabhängig von der Relativbewegung zwischen Rückenteil und Sitzteil, wobei zugleich ein großer Komfort für einen Benutzer erreicht wird.

Sitz-/Liegemöbel, insbesondere Sessel oder Stuhl, mit einem Sitzteil (10), einem mit dem Sitzteil (10) um eine Schwenkachse schwenkbar verbundenen und bezüglich des Sitzteils (10) neigungsverstellbaren Rückenteil (12) und einer das Sitzteil (10) und das Rückenteil (12) tragenden Freischwingertragstruktur (14) mit zumindest einem Tragbügel (54), der einen Basisabschnitt (56), einen zumindest näherungsweise horizontal verlaufenden Horizontalabschnitt (58) sowie einen den Basisabschnitt (56) und den Horizontalabschnitt (58) miteinander verbindenden und ein Verschwenken des Horizontalabschnitts (58) relativ zum Basisabschnitt (56) ermöglichenden Gelenkabschnitt (60) umfasst, wobei das Rückenteil (12) um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbar am Horizontalabschnitt (58) abgestützt und das Sitzteil (10) längs des Gelenkabschnitts (60) beweglich zwangsgeführt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ein vorderer Träger (48) des Sitzteils (10) eine geringere Höhe aufweist als Seitenträger (50) des Sitzteils (10) und insbesondere weiter als diese vom Boden beabstandet ist; und dass ferner eine Fußstützvorrichtung (18) vorgesehen ist, welche einen, insbesondere rechteckigen, Stützrahmen (20) sowie einen ersten und einen zweiten Fußstützenabschnitt (22, 24) umfasst,
    wobei der erste Fußstützenabschnitt (22) am Stützrahmen (20) schwenkbar gelagert ist und zwischen einer Lagerposition, in der der erste Fußstützenabschnitt (22) unterhalb und benachbart zum Stützrahmen (20) angeordnet ist, und einer Arbeitsposition, in der der erste Fußstützenabschnitt (22) über das Sitzteil (10) hervorragt, verstellbar ist, und
    wobei der zweite Fußstützenabschnitt (24) geradlinig relativ zum ersten Fußstützenabschnitt (22) zwischen einer eingezogenen Position, in der sich die Fußstützenabschnitte (22, 24) zumindest teilweise überlagern, und einer ausgezogenen Position, in der der zweite Fußstützenabschnitt (24) über den ersten Fußstützenabschnitt (22) hervorragt, verstellbar ist, wobei die Fußstützvorrichtung (18) eine Antriebsvorrichtung (26) umfasst, welche unabhängig von einer Änderung der Relativposition des Rückenteils (12) und des Sitzteils (10) zueinander mittels eines ersten Beschlags (36) ein Verschwenken des ersten Fußstützenabschnitts (22) relativ zum Stützrahmen (20) sowie mittels eines zweiten Beschlags (38) eine Relativbewegung des zweiten Fußstützenabschnitts (24) zum ersten Fußstützenabschnitt (22) bewirkt.
  2. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der erste und der zweite Beschlag (36, 38) miteinander zwangsgekoppelt sind.
  3. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (26) manuell betreibbar ist, insbesondere mittels eines Hebels (28).
  4. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Sitzteil (10) eine rechteckige Grundform aufweist.
  5. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Sitzteil (10) Kantbleche (44) umfasst, welche insbesondere durch ein Schaummaterial abgepolstert sind.
  6. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Unterseite des Sitzteils (10) zur Aufnahme des Stützrahmens (20) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Sitzteil (10) zumindest eine Haltevorrichtung (52), insbesondere eine Rast-, Schraub-, Schweißverbindung und/oder Kulissenführung, für den Stützrahmen (20) aufweist.
  8. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Haltevorrichtung (52) an der Innenseite eines Seitenträgers (50) des Sitzteils (10) angeordnet ist.
  9. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der vordere Träger (48) des Sitzteils (10) weiter als die die Seitenträger (50) vom Boden beabstandet ist.
  10. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    ein vorderer Träger (48) des Sitzteils (10) geradlinig ausgebildet ist.
