Claims (15)
- Ensemble de matrice pour extruder un matériau, comprenant :
une pluralité de supports de matrice (4, 5, 6, 7) couplés ensemble pour former un corps de matrice (18) ayant :un passage définissant une entrée (11) et une sortie (81), dans lequel le diamètre de la sortie est inférieur au diamètre de l'entrée (11) ; etune surface intérieure progressivement rétrécie entre l'entrée (11) et la sortie ;dans lequel chacun des supports de matrice (4, 5, 6, 7) a un alésage central avec une surface intérieure autour de l'alésage central, une surface intérieure d'un alésage central dans un premier support de matrice (5) étant progressivement rétrécie à un angle inférieur par rapport à un axe (45) du passage, à une surface intérieure d'un alésage central dans un deuxième support de matrice (4) positionné de manière adjacente à une face avant du premier support de matrice (5) ; etune base (8) couplée au corps de matrice (18), dans lequel la rotation de la base (8) provoque la rotation du corps de matrice (18). - Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le deuxième support de matrice (4) est positionné plus à proximité de l'entrée (11) du corps de matrice (18) que le premier support de matrice (5).
- Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre un troisième support de matrice (6) ayant un alésage central avec une surface intérieure qui est progressivement rétrécie à un plus grand angle par rapport à l'axe (45) qu'une surface intérieure d'un alésage central dans un support de matrice positionné de manière adjacente à une face avant du troisième support de matrice (6).
- Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le support de matrice positionné de manière adjacente à la face avant du troisième support de matrice (6) est le premier support de matrice (5), ou bien dans lequel le troisième support de matrice (6) est positionné plus à proximité de la sortie du corps de matrice (18) que le premier support de matrice (5).
- Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un support d'extrémité en acier (3) qui forme une partie du corps de matrice (18), le support d'extrémité en acier (3) ayant un alésage central avec une surface intérieure autour de l'alésage central qui n'est pas progressivement rétrécie à un angle par rapport à l'axe.
- Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'alésage central du support d'extrémité en acier (3) définit l'entrée (11) du corps de matrice (18).
- Ensemble de matrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la base (8) comprend un alésage central et dans lequel l'alésage central de la base (8) a un diamètre qui est supérieur à un diamètre de la sortie de corps de matrice (81).
- Ensemble de matrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'entrée (11) du corps de matrice (18) est configurée pour recevoir une billette (17) de matériau pour extrusion.
- Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le corps de matrice (18) est configuré pour être entraîné en rotation de sorte que l'interaction entre la surface intérieure progressivement rétrécie et la billette (17) crée la friction entre la surface intérieure progressivement rétrécie et une billette avancée à travers l'entrée (11) et dans le passage intérieur du corps de matrice (18), dans lequel la friction chauffe la billette (17) à une température qui est suffisante pour provoquer la déformation du matériau de billette.
- Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le corps de matrice (18) est configuré pour être entraîné en rotation de sorte que ladite interaction déforme la billette chauffée avec une force de déformation qui ne dépasse pas les limites de propriété mécanique du matériau de billette.
- Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 10, comprenant en outre un mandrin (10) qui est configuré pour recevoir une billette, dans lequel la friction entre la billette et le mandrin (10) sur lequel la billette est avancée, chauffe la billette et le mandrin, et de préférence dans lequel un système de refroidissement fournit le fluide de refroidissement à une partie intérieure du mandrin (10).
- Ensemble de matrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel au moins l'un des supports de matrice (4, 5, 6, 7) est formé à partir de deux matériaux différents, avec un premier matériau qui forme un périmètre d'un alésage dans le support de matrice et un second matériau qui forme une partie externe du support de matrice, dans lequel au moins l'un des premier et second matériaux est un matériau en céramique, un acier ou un matériau consommable.
- Ensemble de matrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel une face avant du corps de matrice (18) à proximité de l'entrée (11) est configurée pour se coupler avec un insert de centrage (9) ayant un diamètre sensiblement égal au diamètre de l'entrée (11), dans lequel l'insert de centrage (9) et un périmètre de l'entrée (11) sont formés à partir du même matériau.
- Ensemble de matrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel le corps de matrice (18) est configuré pour recevoir une pointe de mandrin (48) à travers l'entrée (11) de sorte que la pointe de mandrin (48) peut être positionnée dans le passage intérieur du corps de matrice (18) et de préférence dans lequel la surface intérieure du corps de matrice (18) comprend une partie complémentaire ayant un angle qui correspond à un angle d'une surface externe de la pointe de mandrin (48).
- Ensemble de matrice selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la surface intérieure de l'alésage central dans le premier support de matrice (5) et la surface intérieure de l'alésage central dans le deuxième support de matrice (6) comprennent des caractéristiques de surface qui, lorsque le matériau est comprimé contre la surface intérieure de l'alésage central dans le premier support de matrice (5) et la surface intérieure de l'alésage central dans le deuxième support de matrice (6), permettent la déformation du matériau.
