Claims (15)
- Appareil de ventilation avec un boîtier composé d'un système de cadre modulaire avec une multiplicité d'éléments de cadre assemblés, qui décrit au moins un corps de base rectangulaire tridimensionnel (G), dans lequel au moins les faces extérieures formées par le cadre sont munies de parois, dans lequel le corps de base (G) est formé par des profilés de cadre (1) assemblés les uns aux autres par les extrémités,
des profilés d'encadrement (4) sont disposés sur les côtés extérieurs des profilés de cadre (1) de chaque corps de base (G),
des parois (5) sont ajustées entre les profilés d'encadrement (4) au moins sur les côtés extérieurs de l'appareil de ventilation, et
les profilés de cadre (1) présentent des moyens d'étanchéité (7) appliqués sur les parois (5), qui assurent l'étanchéité de l'appareil de ventilation vers l'extérieur,
caractérisé en ce que le profilé de couverture (2) est disposé sur ledit au moins un profilé de cadre (1), de telle manière qu'un canal d'installation accessible (I) situé à l'intérieur du corps de base (G) se forme le long dudit au moins un profilé de cadre (1), dans lequel des câbles et/ou des lignes de mesure de pression et/ou des conduites d'alimentation sont posés/posées dans le canal d'installation (I) et au moins un câble ou une ligne de mesure de pression et/ou une conduite d'alimentation est mené(e) vers l'extérieur à travers un élément d'angle. - Appareil de ventilation selon la revendication précédente 1, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de couverture (2) est formé par un segment de cercle occupant en section transversale un angle droit, qui est réalisé sous une forme à encliqueter sur le profilé de cadre (1).
- Appareil de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les profilés de cadre (1) présentent sur chaque côté de paroi un joint d'étanchéité (7) inséré dans une rainure (1.1) sur le profilé de cadre (1).
- Appareil de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de couverture (2) présente à ses extrémités côté paroi respectivement une lèvre d'étanchéité (8), de préférence en caoutchouc projeté sur le profilé de couverture.
- Appareil de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les profilés d'encadrement (4) sont réalisés au moins partiellement de telle manière que les parois vues en section transversale soient entourées en forme de U sur leurs côtés étroits par les profilés d'encadrement (4).
- Appareil de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que pour ériger l'appareil de ventilation sur une surface de montage, il est prévu un profilé de sol (6), qui forme une distance entre les corps de base (G) et la surface de montage (B).
- Appareil de ventilation selon la revendication précédente 6, caractérisé en ce que les profilés d'encadrement (4) ou des profilés creux (3) sont réalisés de telle manière que le profilé de sol (6) pénètre partiellement dans une découpe du profilé d'encadrement (4) ou du profilé creux (3).
- Appareil de ventilation selon une des revendications précédentes 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de sol (6) soutient partiellement la paroi de fond et présente par ailleurs une section transversale essentiellement en forme de L à U, dans lequel une branche (6.1) sert de surface de montage.
- Appareil de ventilation selon la revendication précédente 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu comme liaison entre une extrémité du profilé de sol (6) et un profilé creux (3) situé au-dessus de celui-ci un couvercle à encliqueter (6.2), dans lequel un espace creux est formé, qui est limité par le couvercle (6.2), un profilé creux (3), un profilé d'encadrement (4) et le profilé de sol (6).
- Appareil de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur au moins un côté supérieur situé à l'extérieur d'un corps de base (G) un couvercle supplémentaire (11), qui est assemblé par emboîtement à des profilés creux voisins (3).
- Appareil de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un rail de montage (12) est disposé dans au moins un corps de base (G) entre deux profilés de cadre (1) .
- Appareil de ventilation selon la revendication précédente 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un rail de montage (12) est assemblé à ses extrémités chaque fois par un support de fixation (13) aux profilés de cadre (1).
- Appareil de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux corps de base (G) sont assemblés l'un à l'autre par le fait qu'au moins deux profilés de cadre (1) juxtaposés l'un à l'autre des deux corps de base (G) sont couplés par emboîtement par une patte de liaison (14).
- Appareil de ventilation selon la revendication précédente 13, caractérisé en ce que la patte de liaison (14) est réalisée de telle manière qu'elle enjambe en s'y appliquant deux ou trois ou quatre profilés de cadre (1) juxtaposés l'un à l'autre y compris des profilés de couverture (2) disposés sur ceux-ci.
- Appareil de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 13 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la patte de liaison (14) est réalisée en deux parties ou en trois parties ou en quatre parties pouvant être vissées l'une à l'autre en fonction du nombre des profilés de cadre (1) à assembler.
