Claims (6)
- Machine (1) pour le renouvellement d'une voie ferrée (5) constituée de rails (3) et de traverses (2) et reposant sur un lit de voie ferrée (4), comportant des dispositifs (7, 16) permettant de retirer des traverses (2) anciennes et de poser des traverses (2) neuves, une chaîne de dégarnissage (8) continue avec une partie de chaîne transversale (12) prévue pour l'enlèvement du ballast (10), et comportant une charrue de ballastage (17) - configurée pour réaliser une surface de pose (18) nivelée pour les traverses (2) neuves -, caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la partie de chaîne transversale (12) a une longueur (L) plus courte que la longueur (SL) d'une traverse (2) neuve,b) la charrue de ballastage (17) est disposée - par référence au sens longitudinal (11) de la machine -entre la partie de chaîne transversale (12) de la chaîne de dégarnissage (8) et le dispositif (16) de pose des traverses (2) neuves,c) une largeur (B) - orientée perpendiculairement au sens longitudinal (11) de la machine - de la charrue de ballastage (17) est supérieure à la longueur (SL) des traverses (2) neuves.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie de chaîne transversale (12) a une longueur (L) au moins 20 % plus courte que la longueur (SL) des traverses neuves.
- Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la charrue de ballastage (17) et le dispositif (16) de pose des traverses (2) neuves sont positionnés - par référence au sens longitudinal (11) de la machine - entre la partie de chaîne transversale (12) et une extrémité de déversement (14), réalisée pour déverser le ballast (10) ramassé, de la chaîne de dégarnissage (8).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que deux conduits (13) de la chaîne de dégarnissage (8), qui relient la partie de chaîne transversale (12) à l'extrémité de déversement (14), sont disposés à une plus grande distance (D) l'un de l'autre dans une zone (15) située approximativement à mi-distance entre l'extrémité de déversement (14) et la partie de chaîne transversale (12), que dans une zone adjacente à la partie de chaîne transversale (12).
- Procédé pour le renouvellement d'une voie (5) en utilisant une machine selon la revendication 1, selon lequel le ballast (10) d'un lit de voie ferrée (4), dégagé après l'enlèvement de traverses (2) usagées, est ramassé en partie par une chaîne de dégarnissage (8), tandis que le ballast (10) restant est nivelé en formant une surface de pose (18) pour la mise en place de traverses (2) neuves, caractérisé en ce que seulement une partie du ballast (10) à retirer pour former la surface de pose (18) est ramassée par la chaîne de dégarnissage (8) de telle sorte qu'il subsiste deux bandes de ballast (20), qui sont situées à distance l'une de l'autre dans le sens transversal de la machine et qui, pour former la surface de pose (18) définitive, seront déplacées chacune par une charrue de ballastage (17) respectivement dans une zone d'épaulement (21) du lit de voie ferrée (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le ballast (10), déplacé dans la zone d'épaulement (21), est repoussé respectivement vers les extrémités (22) des traverses (2) neuves mises en place.
