Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de distribution (10) pour un récipient (14) destiné à des produits liquides du type en forme de gobelet, ledit dispositif de distribution (10) étant conçu pour être appliqué sur la surface supérieure d'un film protecteur (12) qui ferme hermétiquement l'ouverture supérieure dudit récipient (14), ledit dispositif de distribution (10) comprenant une partie de base circonférentielle (16), prévue pour être reliée fixement à la surface supérieure du film protecteur (12), et une partie centrale (18), qui est creuse et allongée et qui forme un bec par lequel il est possible de distribuer le produit liquide, une membrane déformable (20) de forme sensiblement annulaire étant intercalée entre ladite partie de base circonférentielle (16) et ladite partie centrale formant bec (18), ladite partie centrale formant bec (18) étant également munie d'au moins une dent (22) placée en contact avec la surface supérieure du film protecteur (12) de telle sorte que, en agissant manuellement sur ladite partie centrale formant bec (18), il est possible de faire tourner partiellement ladite partie centrale formant bec (18) par rapport à ladite partie de base circonférentielle (16) afin d'obtenir la performation d'au moins une partie dudit film protecteur (12) par ladite au moins une dent (22), ledit dispositif de distribution (10) comprenant un couvercle (11) capable de fermer ladite partie centrale formant bec (18), caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (11) est muni d'une partie de base (24), adaptée pour venir en prise avec la partie de base circonférentielle respective (16) du dispositif de distribution (10), et d'une partie centrale (26), qui forme le couvercle de ladite partie centrale formant bec (18).
  2. Dispositif de distribution (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie de base (24) du couvercle (11) est fixée de façon non détachable à ladite partie de base circonférentielle (16) du dispositif de distribution (10) au moyen d'une nervure (28) qui vient en prise avec une nervure correspondante (30) prévue sur ladite partie de base circonférentielle (16).
  3. Dispositif de distribution (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie centrale (26) et ladite partie de base (24) dudit couvercle (11) sont reliées l'une à l'autre au moyen d'une pluralité de languettes frangibles (32) qui doivent être rompues lors de la première utilisation du dispositif de distribution (10).
  4. Dispositif de distribution (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie de base (24) du couvercle (11) est reliée de façon détachable à ladite partie de base circonférentielle (16) du dispositif de distribution (10) par un assemblage à enclenchement.
  5. Dispositif de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie centrale (26) du couvercle (11) est munie sur sa face intérieure d'une saillie (34) conçue pour s'engager par ajustement dans l'extrémité supérieure de ladite partie centrale formant bec (18), de manière à assurer que le récipient (14) est hermétiquement fermé même après que le dispositif de distribution (10) a été ouvert pour la première fois.
  6. Dispositif de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie de base circonférentielle (16) est reliée fixement à la surface supérieure dudit film protecteur (12) par accouplement à chaud.
  7. Dispositif de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (11) est fait d'une matière plastique transparente.
