Claims (7)

  1. Spendervorrichtung (10) für einen Behälter (14) für Flüssigprodukte des Typs, der ähnlich einem Becher geformt ist, wobei die Spendervorrichtung (10) zur Aufbringung auf die obere Fläche eines Schutzfilmes (12) konfiguriert ist, der die obere Öffnung des Behälters (14) abdichtet, wobei die Spendervorrichtung (10) einen Umfangsbasisabschnitt (16), der zur festen Verbindung mit der oberen Fläche des Schutzfilmes (12) vorgesehen ist, und einen Zentralabschnitt (18), umfasst, der hohl und länglich ist und einen Schnabel bildet, durch den es möglich ist, das Flüssigprodukt zu spenden, wobei eine verformbare Membran (20) mit im Wesentlichen Ringform zwischen dem Umfangsbasisabschnitt (16) und dem Schnabel-Zentralabschnitt (18) angeordnet ist, wobei der Schnabel-Zentralabschnitt (18) auch mit zumindest einem Zahn (22) versehen ist, der in Kontakt mit der oberen Fläche des Schutzfilmes (12) angeordnet ist, so dass es durch manuelles Betätigen des Schnabel-Zentralabschnittes (18) möglich ist, den Schnabel-Zentralabschnitt (18) in Bezug auf den Umfangsbasisabschnitt (16) teilweise zu drehen, um die Durchlöcherung zumindest eines Teils des Schutzfilmes (12) durch den zumindest einen Zahn (22) zu erhalten,
    wobei die Spendervorrichtung (10) eine Abdeckung (11) umfasst, die zum Abschließen des Schnabel-Zerltralabschnittes (18) in der Lage ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Abdeckung (11) mit einem Basisabschnitt (24), der zum Eingriff mit dem jeweiligen Umfangsbasisabschnitt (16) der Spendervorrichtung (10) geeignet ist, und mit einem Zentralabschnitt (26) versehen ist, der die, Abdeckung des Schnabel-Zentralabschnittes (18) bildet.
  2. Spendervorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Basisabschnitt (24) der Abdeckung (11) nicht entfernbar mit dem Umfangsbasisabschnitt (16) der Spendervorrichtung (10) mittels einer Rippe (28) verbunden ist, die mit einer entsprechenden Rippe (30), die an dem Umfangsbasisabschnitt (16) vorgesehen ist, in Eingriff steht.
  3. Spendervorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Zentralabschnitt (26) und der Basisabschnitt (24) der Abdeckung (11) mittels einer Mehrzahl brechbarer Brücken (32) miteinander verbunden sind, die beim ersten Gebrauch der Spendervorrichtung (10) zerbrochen werden müssen.
  4. Spendervorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Basisabschnitt (24) der Abdeckung (11) entfernbar mit dem Umfangsbasisabschnitt (16) der Spendervorrichtung (10) durch eine Schnappkopplung verbunden ist.
  5. Spendervorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Zentralabschnitt (26) der Abdeckung (11) an der Innenseite mit einem Vorsprung (34) versehen ist, der zum Eingriff durch eine Überlagerung in dem oberen Ende des Schnabel-Zentralabschnittes (18) konfiguriert ist, um so sicherzustellen, dass der Behälter (14) sogar dann abgedichtet geschlossen ist, nachdem die Spendervorrichtung (10) das erste Mal geöffnet worden ist.
  6. Spendervorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Umfangsbasisabschnitt (16) fest mit der oberen Fläche des Schutzfilmes (12) durch die Wärmekopplung verbunden ist.
  7. Spendervorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Abdeckung (11) aus transparentem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist.
