Claims (8)

  1. Installation de mise en position pour des machines automatiques de reprise de récipients vides notamment de bouteilles ou de boîtes, qui comprend ce qui suit :
    un dispositif pour relever le récipient (2) vide, notamment un toboggan (3) à bouteille,
    un dispositif (4) de stabilisation pour stabiliser le récipient (2) vide relevé, et
    une courroie (12) transporteuse montée en aval du dispositif (4) de stabilisation pour évacuer le récipient (2) vide du dispositif (4) de stabilisation,
    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (4) de stabilisation est monté mobile et peut être accéléré au moyen d'un entraînement (11) d'accélération jusqu'à une vitesse de l'ordre de la vitesse de transport de la courroie (12) de transport de sorte que le récipient (2) vide, maintenu dans le dispositif (4) de stabilisation, a lorsqu'il est déposé sur la courroie (12) de transport justement cette vitesse du dispositif (4) de stabilisation.

  4. Installation de mise en position suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (4) de stabilisation est monté coulissant au moyen d'un palier (10) sur un bâti (5) de base.
  5. Installation de mise en position suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (4) de stabilisation comprend un capteur de bouteille.
  6. Installation de mise en position suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le palier (10) et l'entraînement (12) sont disposés de manière mobile parallèlement à la direction de transport de la courroie (6) de transport.
  7. Machine automatique de reprise de récipients vides, notamment pour des bouteilles ou des boîtes, caractérisée par un dispositif (1) de mise en position suivant l'une des revendications précédentes.
  8. Procédé de mise en position de récipients vides, dans une machine automatique de reprise de récipients vides suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on accélère le récipient (2) vide après la mise en position dans un dispositif (4) de stabilisation pouvant être accéléré en le faisant passer de l'état d'arrêt à la vitesse de transport de la courroie (6) de transport.
