Claims (9)
- Dispositif de pressage pour l'essorage ou le satinage d'une bande de papier, de carton, d'essuie-tout ou d'une autre matière fibreuse (1) pour une machine de fabrication et/ou de traitement de celle-ci, avec une fente de pressage formée par un rouleau de pressage (4) et un rouleau d'appui cylindrique (5), dans lequel l'enveloppe de rouleau (6) du rouleau de pressage (4) est pressée vers le rouleau d'appui (5) par un élément de pressage (7), caractérisé en ce que les paliers (12) destinés à recevoir l'axe (10) du rouleau de pressage (4) sont plus petits que les paliers (13) destinés à recevoir l'axe (11) du rouleau d'appui (5), les paliers opposés (12, 13) sont reliés l'un à l'autre au moyen d'au moins deux bielles (15) au moins à une extrémité des rouleaux, les bielles (15) sont disposées de part et d'autre du plan de pressage (18) et sont inclinées par rapport au plan de pressage (18) en direction du rouleau de pressage (4).

- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une pièce de support du rouleau de pressage (4), de préférence la pièce de support (8) du côté de l'opérateur, n'est pas saillante au-delà de l'enveloppe de rouleau (6) du rouleau de pressage (4).
- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bielles (15) s'étendent environ selon la tangente (14) reliant les boîtiers de palier du rouleau de pressage (4) et du rouleau d'appui (5).
- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau d'appui (5) comporte un palier libre, en particulier sous la forme d'un palier Carb, disposé de préférence sur le côté de l'opérateur.
- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de pressage (4) comporte une enveloppe de rouleau flexible (6) et l'élément de pressage (7) présente une surface de pressage concave pour former une fente de pressage prolongée.
