Claims (8)
- Umlenkeinrichtung für ein Band in einer Haspelanlage, insbesondere ein Metallband, von einem Anfangskanal in einen oberhalb zu dem Anfangskanal angeordneten Endkanal und umgekehrt, wobei eine Treibeinrichtung mit einer oberen Treibrolle auf die Oberseite und mit einer unteren Treibrolle auf die Unterseite des Bandes wirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oberen Treibrolle (3) eine temporär in das Band (5) einschwenkbare obere Separiereinrichtung (8) und der unteren Treibrolle (4) eine temporär in das Band (5) einschwenkbare untere Separiereinrichtung (9) zugeordnet ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Separiereinrichtung (8, 9) aus einem Leittisch (10, 11) besteht, der an seinem von der jeweiligen Treibrolle (3, 4) abgewandten Ende mit einer Führungsrolle (12, 13) ausgebildet ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leittische (10, 11) um ihre den Treibrollen (3, 4) zugewandten Enden verschwenkbar sind. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leittische (10, 11) vorne mit einem Abstreifer (16, 17) versehen sind. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifer (16a getrennt von dem Leittisch (10, 11) stationär an der Treibrolle (3, 4) vorgesehen ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Betriebsposition einander ergänzenden Enden von Leittisch (10, 11) und Abstreifer (16a) kammartig ausgebildet sind. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Leittischen (10, 11) je ein Verstellantrieb (14, 15) zugeordnet ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anfangskanal (7) und der Endkanal (18) durch eine stationäre Rolleneinheit (19) voneinander getrennt sind, die zumindest eine obere und eine untere Umlenkrolle (20, 21) aufweist.
