Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention has for its object to provide an arrangement of the type mentioned, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned above.
- Said arrangement forms a so-called passive protection, which is intended to prevent a vehicle from being impacted by a vehicle restraint system on an oncoming lane or a railway track is dropped, or where a third party protection should be guaranteed.
- the collecting device is arranged laterally spaced from a vehicle restraint device.
- the catching device only becomes effective here when a vehicle impacts on the vehicle restraint device and a load is displaced in such a way that it collides with the catching device. In most cases, therefore, only the vehicle restraint device, but not the catching device, is damaged in the arrangement according to the invention. If the catcher is effective, then damage to the Strip foundation or the building cap thereby avoided that according to claim 1, the anchoring means have a holding force which is below the breaking point of the strip foundation and / or the posts each have a predetermined bending point. In the case of the arrangement according to the invention, the anchoring thus releases in the event of an impact and / or the posts are kinked. The strip foundation is not damaged here, so that the arrangement can be restored in a relatively short time.
- the intended kink is preferably at most 1200 mm, in particular a little more than 1000 mm above an anchoring plate.
- the anchoring means each have an anchoring plate, which are anchored with at least two, preferably four mutually spaced anchoring bolts in the strip foundation, wherein the distance between two anchoring bolts is at least 290 mm.
- FIG. 7 shows next to a roadway 16 a portion of an inventive arrangement, which has a vehicle restraint device 13 of the containment stage H4b and a collecting device 1. If a vehicle 22 comes off the intended direction of travel, then it bounces laterally on the vehicle restraint device 13. Due to the negative acceleration during the deformation phase, the probability of a discharge of a load 23 is the greatest.
- the fall arrester is intended to prevent the load 23 from slipping off the vehicle during the impact and deceleration phases and to avoid the occurrence of a "flying" load. This is achieved by the collecting device 1, the charge 23 retains on the vehicle 22. In order to prevent such a charge discharge, the dimensioning of the collecting device and the vehicle restraint device 13 is essential. So is the in FIG.
- the height H of the collecting device 1 is at least 3 m. As the FIG. 2 clearly shows, the collecting device 1, the vehicle restraint device 13 substantially.
- the collecting device 1 consists of a plurality of vertical posts 2, which are each anchored with anchoring means V on a strip foundation 6.
- the anchoring means each have four anchoring bolts 10 with which a plate 9 is fastened over a strip foundation 6.
- the anchoring plates 9 rest on the strip foundation 6.
- the lower nuts 12 are omitted and the plate 9 with the nuts 11 stretched on the foundation 6.
- a stiffening element 8 is fixed in each case, for example, welded to the lower edge of the plate 9, which is triangular as shown and projects upwards. With two spaced-apart plates 24, the stiffening elements 8 are each welded to a post 2. An outer edge 7 of the stiffening element 8 approaches according to FIG.
- the posts 2 are connected to each other with a plurality of horizontally extending and nested longitudinal profiles 3, which are arranged one above the other at a distance from each other.
- the longitudinal profiles 3 each according to FIG. 3 a longitudinal slot 26 which is deposited for attachment of the longitudinal profile 3 to a post 2 with a plate 19 which is screwed with a screw 20 on the post 2.
- the individual pieces of the longitudinal profile 3 are screwed together.
- the grids 4 also each have an edge border and transverse bars.
- the grids 4 also form a glare shield. As the FIG. 1 shows, two more grids 4 are also below the bottom longitudinal profile 3a arranged.
- the collecting device 1 is provided with a noise protection part 5, which are composed of several noise protection parts 5a to form a wall.
- the noise protection elements 5a have their connection on narrow sides in each case a spring 29 which is inserted into a corresponding dovetail groove.
- the noise protection part 5 is according to FIG. 3 screwed with screws 30 to the longitudinal profiles 3.
- the noise protection part 5 has according FIG. 2 an impact side A, which faces the roadway 16.
- the noise protection parts 5a are made of comparatively thin aluminum sheet, so that the noise protection wall 5 is easily deformed in an impact.
- the connecting posts 21 mentioned below are preferably made of 4 mm thick sheet steel. If the noise protection part 5 is not provided, the longitudinal profiles 3 and the lattices 4 form the impact side A.
- the vehicle or the load then slides along the longitudinal profiles 3 and optionally along the lattices 4, which are of comparatively stable design.
- the grids 4 can thus not without a load or a vehicle further break through.
- the collecting device 1 is a basically comparatively compliant construction, but at the same time can absorb the forces occurring in the form of tensile, bending, compressive and torsional stresses. Without the noise protection part 5, the collecting device is transparent only when viewed vertically and forms an anti-irritant, for example, against spotlight.
- the posts 2 are double posts, according to FIG. 6 consist of two cross-sectionally C-shaped profiles, which are arranged at a distance to each other.
- the profiles are in particular so-called C 125 profiles.
- connection posts 21, which according to the FIGS. 4 and 5 consist of two U-profiles 21a.
- the soundproofing elements 5a are inserted from above into these U-profiles 21a.
- the collecting device 1 only comes into effect when the risk of a charge discharge is given with great likelihood.
- the vehicle restraint device 13 is concerned, according to FIG. 2 is arranged laterally in front of the collecting device 1.
- This vehicle restraint device 13 is known per se and has, for example, longitudinal elements 15 which are fastened to posts 14.
- the FIG. 8 shows an arrangement which also has a vehicle restraint device 13 and a collecting device 1 'according to a variant.
- the collecting device 1 ' is on a building cap 30 and as shown in cross-section L-shaped and arranged with U-shaped reinforcing bars 32 fixed on a bridge 31. Rein reinforcing bars 33 reinforce the building cap 30.
- On a thickened portion 30 a of the building cap 30 a is an anchoring plate 34 with four anchoring bolts 35th anchored, wherein the anchoring plate 34 rests on the building cap 30.
- the anchoring plate 34 is welded to a stiffening element 36, to which in turn a post 37 is welded.
- the posts 37 are each bent in the region 38, so that this region 38, which lies directly above the stiffening element 36, forms a kink.
- a fifth longitudinal profile 39 is attached to the posts 37, which is located approximately at the level of the vehicle restraint device 13 and thus reinforces the catching device 1 'in the lower region.
- the collecting device 1 'can serve as a further vehicle restraint device when the vehicle restraint device 13 is broken by a vehicle.
- FIG. 9 1 shows a collecting device 1 "that differs from the collecting device 1 'in that an upper anchoring plate 40, which is welded to the reinforcing element 36, is placed on a lower anchoring plate 42.
- an upper anchoring plate 40 which is welded to the reinforcing element 36
- the lower plate 42 With anchoring bolts 41, the lower plate 42 is fixedly connected to the building cap 30.
- connecting screws 43 each having a predetermined breaking point, the upper anchoring plate 40 is connected to the lower anchoring plate 42.
- the connecting bolts 43 and the anchoring plate 40 releases from the lower anchoring plate 42 without this the anchoring bolts 41 and the building cap 30 are damaged.
- the posts 37 may bend in the area 38.

The invention has for its object to provide an arrangement of the type mentioned, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned above. Said arrangement forms a so-called passive protection, which is intended to prevent a vehicle from being impacted by a vehicle restraint system on an oncoming lane or a railway track is dropped, or where a third party protection should be guaranteed.
Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Anordnung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst.The object is achieved in a generic arrangement according to
In the inventive arrangement, the collecting device is arranged laterally spaced from a vehicle restraint device. The catching device only becomes effective here when a vehicle impacts on the vehicle restraint device and a load is displaced in such a way that it collides with the catching device. In most cases, therefore, only the vehicle restraint device, but not the catching device, is damaged in the arrangement according to the invention. If the catcher is effective, then damage to the Strip foundation or the building cap thereby avoided that according to
According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the anchoring means each have an anchoring plate, which are anchored with at least two, preferably four mutually spaced anchoring bolts in the strip foundation, wherein the distance between two anchoring bolts is at least 290 mm.
