Claims (9)

  1. Blechbegleiter für Abkantpresse, der einen stationären unteren Tisch (3) aufweist, der auf seiner oberen Seite ein Faltgesenk (4) trägt, Begleiter des Typs, der aufweist:
    - einen Begleittisch (5), der über sein vorderes Ende um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (6) schwenken kann,
    - ein Mittel (8) zum seitlichen Transfer, das auf eine senkrechte Vorderwand (2) des unteren Tischs (3) so montiert ist, daß es sich horizontal entlang dieser Vorderwand (2) bewegen kann,
    ein Mittel (9) zum vertikalen Transfer, das von dem Mittel (8) zum seitlichen Transfer getragen wird, senkrecht zu diesem Letzteren beweglich und fest mit einer Tragstruktur (25) des Begleittischs (5) und seiner horizontalen Schwenkachse (6) verbunden ist, sowie
    - ein Mittel (11) zum Schwenken des Begleittischs (5) um seine Schwenkachse (6),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - daß er ein Mittel (10) zum horizontalen Bewegen aufweist, das den Begleittisch (5) horizontal zu der Tragstruktur (25) dieses und senkrecht zu der Schwenkachse (6) bewegen kann,
    - daß die aktive Länge des Mittels (11) zum Schwenken zwischen seiner stationären Anlenkung (43, 44) auf der Tragstruktur (25) und seiner beweglichen Anlenkung (38) auf dem Begleittisch (5) variabel ist, und
    - daß die bewegliche Anlenkung (38) entlang des Tischs (5) entlang einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Schwenkachse (6) dieses Tischs (5) gleiten kann.
  2. Blechbegleiter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel zum horizontalen Bewegen (10) des Begleittischs (5) aufweist:
    - am oberen Ende und an der äußeren Seite jeder der Seitenplatten (25b, 25c) der Tragstruktur (25) ein Paar Lager (28, 29), deren Lager (28a, 28b; 29a, 29b) voneinander beabstandet und eines auf dem anderen gemäß einer horizontalen Achse senkrecht zu der senkrechten Vorderplatte (25a) der Tragstruktur ausgerichtet sind,
    - zwei Tiefeneinstellsäulen (30a, 30b), von welchen jede gleitend in einem entsprechenden Paar von Lagern (28, 29) aufgenommen ist,
    - einen senkrechten Querarm (31), der die vorderen Enden der beiden Einstellsäulen (30a, 30b) starr verbindet, und
    - seitliche Tragfinger (32a, 32b), die an ihren hinteren Enden auf der oberen Seite (31 a) des Querarms (31) befestigt sind und an ihren vorderen Enden jeweils ein Lager (33a, 33b), das ein entsprechendes Ende der Schwenkachse (6) des Begleittischs (5) aufnimmt, aufweisen.
  3. Blechbegleiter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der obere Teil der Seitenplatten (25b, 25c) der Tragstruktur (25) zu dem oberen Rand der Vorderplatte (25a) dieser Letzteren vorsteht und in Bezug auf den Rand einen leichten Rücksprung aufweist und
    daß der Querarm (31) über der Vorderplatte (25a) und vor den senkrechten Vorderrändern des Teils der Seitenplatten (25b, 25d) der Tragstruktur (25) mit besagtem Rücksprung angeordnet ist.
  4. Blechbegleiter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende des Begleittischs (5) mit seiner Schwenkachse (6) durch zwei Befestigungsblöcke (35a, 35b), die ohne Spiel von der Achse (6) durchquert werden und einerseits auf dem vorderen Ende des Tischs (5) und andererseits auf der Achse (6) durch Blockierschrauben (36) befestigt sind, fest verbunden ist.
  5. Blechbegleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Begleittisch (5) die Tragstruktur (25) und die fest mit ihm verbundenen Organe abdeckt und daß er eine ebene obere Platte (5a) aufweist, die auf ihrem rechteckigen Umfang von Seitenplatten (5b), Vorderplatte (5c) und Rückplatte (5d) umrandet ist, die gemeinsam eine Art Schürze mit geringer Höhe bilden.
  6. Blechbegleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Begleittisch (5) in seiner horizontalen Position mit seiner ebenen oberen Platte (5a) auf den Tragfingern (32a, 32b) aufliegt und gegen jedes Kippen nach hinten von der Schwenkachse (6), die in den Lagern (33a, 33b) der Finger (32a, 32b) aufgenommen ist, zurückgehalten wird.
  7. Blechbegleiter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Anlenkung (38) des Mittels (11) zum Schwenken einerseits eine Anlenkgabel (38a), die rittlings auf einem Führungsschaft (39) montiert ist, der in dem zentralen Teil und unter der oberen Platte (5a) des Begleittischs (5) vorgesehen ist, und andererseits ein Verbindungsteil (38b) aufweist, das sich teilweise in die Gabel (38a) fügt und mit dieser durch eine horizontale Achse (38c) so verbunden ist, daß es in Bezug auf die Gabel (38a) schwenken kann, ohne deren Gleiten auf dem Führungsschaft (39) zu behindern.
  8. Begleitblech nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (11) zum Schwenken ferner eine Kugelumlaufspindel (40) aufweist, die an ihrem oberen Ende fest mit dem Verbindungsteil (38b) oder der Gabel (38a) der beweglichen Anlenkung (38) verbunden ist, wobei eine Kugelmutter (41) mit der Spindel (40) zusammenwirkt und an stationärer Stelle aber auf dem oberen Teil der Tragstruktur (25) so schwenkend montiert ist, daß sie um eine horizontale Achse (43, 44) parallel zu der Achse (38c) der beweglichen Anlenkung (38) schwenken kann, und einen Antriebsmotor (49), dessen Ausgangswelle eine Scheibe (48) trägt, die durch einen Endlosriemen (47) mit einer Scheibe (46) verbunden ist, die mit der Mutter (41) fest verbunden ist und mit Spiel von der Kugelumlaufspindel (40) durchquert wird.
  9. Blechbegleiter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelmutter (41) in einem Schwenkkäfig (42) mittels eines Wälzlager (45) montiert ist, daß der Käfig (42) auf den Seitenplatten (25b und 25c) der Tragstruktur (25) mittels Anlenkbolzen (43, 44) angelenkt ist, und daß der Antriebsmotor (49) ebenfalls auf dem Käfig (42) befestigt ist.
