Definitions
- the invention relates to a flood protection system with a or more protective elements, according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- the invention relates to such System in which the protective elements are moved vertically become flood protection in the lower position is established.
- dams, walls and Dikes of the appropriate construction height pose a risk to populated areas Reduce the area or eliminate it altogether. Indeed the borders between the waters of which the Endangered, and the vulnerable zones in many Cases just in populated areas, so that an obstruction with such dams and dikes not to secure them necessary acceptance. In particular, is desired or requires that the structural measures not or only a little disturbing if the hazard is not is acute, i.e. with normal or only slightly increased Water level.
- From DE-195 14 205 A1 e.g. a structural measure known with foldable elements, in which a receiving chamber on the one hand a floodable swimming chamber and on the other hand includes a pivoting chamber and the pivoting element is pivoted from the horizontal to the vertical.
- the construction measure described there is based on the basic idea, the swinging out by floating the as Pontoon parts trained protective wall in the swimming chamber to effect or at least to support.
- Configurations with gates are possible as a solution for those gates that are normally open in the event of a flood or in another threat situation getting closed.
- a protective plate of can be lowered at the top, especially when horizontal sliding or swiveling gates from structural or constructive reasons are not possible.
- special safety measures when used on a building indispensable This applies particularly to those Solutions in which a protective plate or the like Protection element should be lowered from above, because on in any case, such a protective plate must be prevented move freely, e.g. fall down or can be lowered quickly. Gets this demand then even more important if the goals than Frame constructions with a laminated glass or armored glass filling are executed, because then not only on the Environment - namely people etc. - taken into account must be, but also in the last lowering area securing the material seems sensible.
- the object of the invention is thus a flood protection system to develop that close to the building without extensive Civil engineering and without a swiveling protective plate can be used. But the task requires special Protective measures to increase security in the vicinity of the building increase.
- the invention solves this problem with a flood protection system according to claim 1.
- the measures the invention first of all that the flood system according to the present invention existing building, but also attached to a new building can be done without the need for additional civil engineering work would.
- the lowerable protective plate is through a Threaded rod on each of their sides and one on the Protective plate attached threaded nut designed to be lowerable.
- To meet the requirements as described above To achieve the object of the invention is under everyone of these threaded nuts is another so-called safety nut arranged with a safety device the mentioned nut is connected and in normal Use case does not take over a function, but only in In the event of a nut failure, e.g. at a damaged internal thread fulfills its function.
- the function of the safety nut is controlled by the safety device supervised.
- the drive device is designed that the protective element in any vertical position can be locked.
- the drive device and the drive transmission device as an electric motor with threaded spindle and the Connection between protective element and mounting device by means of guide rails, plain and / or roller plain bearings educated.
- a flood protection system for a terrain to train it is advantageous that the protective element with respect its baseline follows the terrain to be protected, the baseline being straight, angular with pointed, right and / or obtuse-angled course, concave and / or convex is rounded.
- the protective element for the purpose of better force absorption of the water side Impact forces in a slight inclination of approx. 5-15 ° formed, the lower part of the protective element is facing the water side.
- a variety of protective elements in the Line up as a sealing flood protection lining line arranged.
- the flood protection system is in open protection position from the side or in the view shown in which the protective element is non-positively is positioned between a left and a right Bracket construction 2.
- the bracket construction 2 also serves as in this embodiment Guide rail when the protective element moves up and down.
- Guide rail For positive stabilization when opening and closing Downward movement of the element is a guide profile on it attached as a kind of drive 5.
- the seals 4 are arranged so that they are in the lower, the protective position, along the two vertical edges 11 against the support structure 2 as well as along the Floor 8 facing edge 10 against the top edge 8 at press the appropriate pressure.
- the pressure is generated on the one hand by the dead weight of the element itself, on the other hand made possible by the non-positive connection, for example between drive 6, the Threaded rod 7 and the protective element 1.
- metal components are used the as mounting and guide rails 2, as in Fig. 5th recognizable, above the terrain outside with the building be connected to largely foundation work to avoid.
- the only one is a lower horizontal end 4 for the protective element in the lower position.
- the system can also be set up freely from the building.
- the structurally effective metal members 2, steel, aluminum profiles or similar in single or strip foundations integrate.
- the protective element is in the embodiment as a frame construction with a laminated glass or bulletproof glass filling executed.
- a massive one Construction with steel or concrete can be provided.
- the protective element is in non-hazardous times 1 preferably positioned at the top for passage not to hinder, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. If an event threatens, the protective element 1 is in the lower position, moved to the protective position, as in Fig. 3 and 4, where the lower edge 10 against the bottom profile 8 and with the side edges 11 laterally sealingly supports.
- the lower edge 10 is designed that it adapts to the respective floor profile, the floor profile with inclinations or height offset For example, by folding up the footpath opposite the road etc.
- the sealing strips 4 are both along the outer edges 10, 11, 12 of the protective element 1 and on the protective element 1 attached itself. In an alternative embodiment are they on the bracket / primary construction or on Floor profile attached.
- the thread is or Spindle nut 21 on the drive 6 rotatable threaded rod 7 is placed and the one Rotation of the threaded rod 7 up the protective element 1 or moved downwards, with - in embodiment 4 - Clamping pins 23 connected to a safety nut 22.
- a safety device provided with a safety switch 29, with which it is determined whether the power transmission between the threaded spindle 7 and the threaded nut 21 are error-free is. As soon as the safety switch gives an error signal releases, the rotation of the threaded rod is stopped.
- the Safety switch is with the screw 28 on the lock nut 22 attached and thus serves as a sensor whether the distance and / or force relationships between the lock nut 22 and the threaded nut 21 changed have whether the locking nut 22 its locking effect had to unfold.
- the geometric cut and the profiling of the edges of the protective element are in the present embodiment formed so that the seals 4 in the up and Downward movement does not rub against the profiles and on grind along this, so unnecessary wear through To prevent friction (Fig. 5). Only in the lower position (Fig. 3 and 4) are the side sealing strips 4 as well as the tight and sealing at the lower edge 10 pressed. The pressing is a result of the Dead weight of the protective element.
- a additional contact pressure generated by drive technology, in the present embodiment by the electric motor 6 with a connecting the protective element, by rotation the protective element up and down moving threaded rod 7, transmitted via the pressure forces and by means of an attached Limit switch device dosed accordingly can be.
- the type and design of the mounting, bracket and force-transmitting primary construction 2 allows in the layout a versatile training of the elements: Straight, concave and convex curved, pointed, right and obtuse-angled (Fig. 5). Let all of these up and down with the same selected drive type move and in the lower position to a closed, Line up the 8 adapted shoring line. However, there is a positive connection between Protective element 1 and primary support structure 2 required which at the same time also the up and down movement allowed. This is achieved in the exemplary embodiment by means of slide rails and profiles, alternatively by means of Plain or roller bearings.
- the protective elements 1 also with a seal on the upper edge 12 Sealing strip 4 equipped, which is in the lower protective position of the protective element between the upper edge of the element and sealing a stop provided by the customer pressed.
