Claims (7)
- Sortieranlage mit Sammelbehältern (1) für vereinzeltes flaches Postgut (10),
wobei die anlagenspezifischen Sammelbehälter (1) mittels zumindest einer automatisierten Wechseleinrichtung in Ausgabestationen einsetzbar und von dort entnehmbar sind,
wobei die Sammelbehälter (1) mit Handhabungsmitteln (2) für die Wechseleinrichtung sowie mit Hilfsmitteln zur Entnahme des Postguts ausgestattet sind,
wobei die Sammelbehälter zur einer peripheren Einrichtung (z.B. 6) der Sortieranlage transportierbar sind und
wobei die Sortieranlage eine mechanisierte Einrichtung zum Entleeren der Sammelbehälter aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gefüllten Sammelbehälter (1) mittels der Wechseleinrichtung auf einer Transportstrecke der Anlage aufsetzbar sind und auf dieser zur peripheren Einrichtung transportierbar sind,
daß die Einrichtung zum Entleeren der Sammelbehälter der peripheren Einrichtung der Sortieranlage zugeordnet und als Teil einer Umfüllstation ausgebildet ist, in der das Postgut (10) aus den Sammelbehältern (1) entnehmbar und in einfache Transportbehälter (7) einfüllbar ist - Sortieranlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der höhere Sammelbehälter in seinen Seitenabmessungen kleiner ist als der Transportbehälter (7) und einen klappbaren verriegelbaren Boden (5) aufweist, der die Hilfseinrichtung zu Entnahme des Postguts bildet,
daß der Sammelbehälter in der Umfüllstation in den Transportbehälter (7) einsetzbar ist,
daß der Boden (5) in der eingesetzten Stellung entriegelbar ist und
daß der Sammelbehälter nach dem Entriegeln des Bodens (5) aus dem Transportbehälter (7) heraushebbar ist. - Sortieranlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfüllstation zumindest einen handartigen Greifer (6) aufweist, der das Postgut (10) komplett als Packen aus dem Sammelbehälter (1) heraushebt und in den Transportbehälter (7) einsetzt. - Sortieranlage nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kastenartige Sammelbehälter (1) in zumindest einer seiner Seitenwände mit im wesentlichen senkrecht verlaufenden schlitzartigen Freimachungen (4) für Greiffinger (8) des Greifers (6) versehen ist und daß ein Boden (5) des Sammelbehälters (1) sich in der Greifrichtung erstreckende Vertiefungen (11) für die Greiffinger aufweist und
daß die Vertiefungen (11) und die Freimachungen (4) die Hilfseinrichtung bilden. - Sortieranlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (6) senkrecht nach unten ragende Zinken (9) sowie schwenkbar gelagerte Greiffinger (8) aufweist, die durch die Freimachungen (4) hindurch in die Vertiefungen (11) des Bodens (5) hineinschiebbar sind,
daß die den schlitzartigen Freimachungen (4) gegenüberliegende Seitenwand mit senkrecht orientierten nutartigen, zum Postgut (10) hin offenen Kanälen (3) versehen ist, in die die Zinken (9) am gesammelten Postgut (10) vorbei hineinschiebbar sind und
daß die Enden der Greiffinger (8) mit den Enden der Zinken (9) lösbar verbindbar, insbesondere verhakbar sind. - Sortieranlage nach nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die insbesondere als Griffelemente ausgebildeten Handhabungsmittel (2) für die Wechseleinrichtung an den anderen querstehenden Seitenwänden des Sammelbehälters (1) ausgebildet sind, die von den Umfüllmaßnahmen nicht betroffen sind. - Sortieranlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sortieranlage mit umlaufenden Sortierfächern versehen ist, aus denen das einzelne Postgut (10) an den zugehörigen Ausgabestationen nach unten in die Sammelbehälter (1) herausfallen kann und
daß der Sammelbehälter (1) einen schrägstehenden Boden (5) aufweist, der in der Antriebsrichtung der Sortierbehälter unter einem Winkel von zumindest 15° ansteigend geneigt ist.
