Description
- la figure 1 représente un ensemble de distribution, du type à valve, et équipé d'une tête de distribution selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 illustre une vue de détail du montage de l'élément de raccordement de la tête de distribution sur la tige de valve de l'ensemble de la figure 1 ; et
- les figures 3A-3C illustrent différentes positions des moyens élastiquement déformables de l'élément de raccordement de la tête de distribution des figures 1 et 2.
Claims (9)
- Tête de distribution (10) destinée à l'actionnement d'un organe de distribution (4), notamment une pompe ou une valve, et à la distribution d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, via au moins un orifice de distribution (13), ladite tête de distribution (10) comportant un élément (15) apte à former étanchéité entre la tête de distribution (10) et une tige de pompe ou de valve (6) dudit organe de distribution (4), ledit élément d'étanchéité (15) étant apte à venir en engagement étanche à l'intérieur de ladite tige de pompe ou de valve (6), caractérisée en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité est apte à faire étanchéité pour des tiges de pompe ou de valve (6) ayant des diamètres intérieurs différents.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité (15) est formé d'une jupe à section extérieure variable axialement.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 2 caractérisée en ce que ladite jupe (15) forme un tronc de cône dont un sommet est tourné en direction dudit organe de distribution (4).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de raccordement (20) est prévu de manière à permettre la fixation de la tête de distribution sur ladite tige de pompe ou de valve (6), ledit élément de raccordement (20) comportant des moyens déformables élastiquement (21) aptes à venir en appui élastique sur une surface extérieure (23) de la tige de pompe ou de valve (6).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 4 caractérisée en ce que les moyens déformables élastiquement sont constitués d'une pluralité d'ailettes (21) disposées sur une surface interne de l'élément de raccordement (20), et dont au moins l'extrémité libre (22) est destinée à venir en engagement élastique contre ladite surface extérieure (23) de la tige de pompe ou de valve (6).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 5 caractérisée en ce que, au voisinage d'une extrémité libre (24) de l'élément de raccordement (20), les ailettes (21) ont un profil, notamment chanfreiné, apte à favoriser le montage de l'élément de raccordement (20) sur la tige de pompe ou de valve (6).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisée en ce que ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) de distribution (13) est (sont) formé(s) dans un organe de diffusion (12) tel qu'une buse, notamment tourbillonnaire, une grille, une mousse à cellules ouvertes ou semi ouvertes, ou un fritté.
- Ensemble (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution sous pression d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, comportant un récipient (2) contenant ledit produit, ledit ensemble (1) étant équipé d'un organe de distribution (4), notamment d'une pompe ou d'une valve, et d'une tête de distribution (10) destinée à l'actionnement de l'organe de distribution (4), et à la distribution du produit via au moins un orifice de distribution (13), caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution (10) est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Ensemble (1) selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que le récipient (2) est pressurisé, notamment au moyen d'un gaz propulseur ou d'un piston, l'organe de distribution (4) étant formé d'une valve.
