Claims (8)
- Ventil-Vorrichtung, insbesondere Entlüftungsventil-Vorrichtung für den Druckguss, mit einem einen Kanal abschliessenden Ventilkolben (8), dessen Schliessbewegung über eine elektrische Steuerschaltung gesteuert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zu schliessende Ventil (8) durch einen pneumatischen Steuerkolben (7) betätigbar ist, der als doppelwirkender Differentialkolben ausgebildet ist, wobei die eine (F1) seiner beiden Druckflächen über ein High-Response-Ventil (21) mit Druckluft zum Öffnen und die andere Druckfläche (F2) über ein zweites Steuerventil (20) mit Druckluft zum Schliessen beaufschlagbar sind, wobei das High-Response-Ventil (21) eine Entlüftung (21R) aufweist, um den Druck zum Halten des Steuerkolbens in der Offenstellung innert sehr kurzer Zeit abzubauen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl das High-Response-Ventil (21) als auch das zweite Steuerventil (20) von einer Speicher-Programmierbaren Steuerung (23) gesteuert werden, wobei der Ausgang (C') der Speicher-Programmierbaren Steuerung (23).direkt mit dem Eingang des High-Response-Ventils (21) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speicher-Programmierbare Steuerung (23) ausserdem mit einem Vakuumventil (19) verbunden ist, das zwischen einer Vakuumquelle (26) und Entlüftungs-Bohrungen (4, 5, 9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absaugbolzen (8) und der Steuerbolzen (7) über einen Hebel (15) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung vom Hebel (15) zum Steuerkolben (7) und zum Absaugbolzen (8) über am Hebel angeordnete Mitnehmerbolzen (11) hergestellt ist, wobei das Verhältnis Drehpunkt Hebel - Angriffspunkt Steuerbolzen zu Drehpunkt Hebel - Angriffspunkt Absaugventil 1 : 2 bis 1 : 5, vorzugsweise 1 : 3 beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Öffnungs-Druckfläche (F1) zur Schliess-Druckfläche (F2) am Steuerkolben (7) 2 : 1 beträgt.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 als Entlüftungsventil-Vorrichtung in einer Druckgussmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckgussmaschinen-Steuerung (24) über die Speicher-Programmierbare Steuerung (23) das Vakuumventil (19) öffnet und die Luft und Restgase in der Druckgussform über die Entlüftungsbohrungen (4, 5, 9) abgesogen werden und gleichzeitig das zweite Steuerventil (20) geöffnet wird, um die Schliess-Druckfläche (F2) am Steuerkolben (7) mit Druckluft zu beaufschlagen, wobei die Schliessbewegung des Steuerkolbens durch die Entlüftung des High-Response-Ventils (21) bewirkt wird, wodurch der Absaugkolben (8) die erste Entlüftungsbohrung (5) schliesst.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speicher-Programmierbare Steuerung (23) direkt mit dem High-Response-Ventil (21) verbunden ist, wobei die Speicher-Programmierbare Steuerung (23) das Schliesssignal durch den Einpresskolben (32) oder über andere Steuersignale erhält und ohne Zeitverzögerung an das High-Response-Ventil (21) weiterleitet.
