Claims (8)
- Über Kopf bewegliches Kipp- oder Schwenktor (100, 300) mit einer Zarge (1) und einem Torblatt (2) und einer Schutzvorrichtung in Form einer an der Zarge (1) oder dem Torblatt (2) befestigten, als Profilleiste ausgebildeten Dichtleiste (22, 23) zum schützenden Abdichten und Abdecken des im geschlossenen Zustand des Kipp- oder Schwenktores (100, 300) vorhandenen Torspalts (21) zwischen der Zarge (1) und dem Torblatt (2),
wobei die Dichtleiste (22, 23) einen als Trag- oder Stützelement wirkenden ersten Profilabschnitt (24), mittels dem die Dichtleiste (22) an der Zarge (1) bzw. dem Torblatt (2) festgelegt ist, und einen zweiten Profilabschnitt (25, 45) hat, der ein Schutzlippeneternent bildet und an dem als Trag- oder Stützelement wirkenden ersten Profilabschnitt (24) derart wegstehend angebracht ist, dass er im Schließzustand den Torspalt (21) überdeckt, wobei der zweite Profilabschnitt relativ zu dem ersten Profilabschnitt beweglich oder nachgiebig ausgeführt ist,
wobei der als Trag- oder Stützelement (24) wirkende erste Profilabschnitt (24) zwischen einer im Schließzustand dem Torblatt (2) zugewandten Zargenstimseite (29) und einer im Zuge der Torblattbewegung daran vorbei zu führenden Torblattumfangsseite angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtleiste aus einem Materialmix besteht,
wobei der erste Profilabschnitt (24) aus einem ersten, starren und unnachgiebigen Kunststoffmaterial oder Verbundmaterial besteht und so als Schleifschutz zwischen der Zargenstirnseite (29) und einer Torblattumfangsseite ausgebildet ist und
wobei der zweite Profilabschnitt (25, 45) aus einem gegenüber dem ersten Kunststoff- oder Verbundmaterial derart nachgiebiger, weicher und elastischer ausgeführtem Kunststoff- oder Verbundmaterial besteht, dass der zweite Profilabschnitt einem sich am Torspalt (21) befindenden Fremdkörper, insbesondere einer Hand der einer Finger einer Person, im Zuge eines sich aufeinander zu Bewegens von Torblatt (2) und Zarge (1) ausweichen kann, um ein Verklemmen oder Quetschen des Fremdkörpers zu verringern oder zu verhindern. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Materialien Hart- bzw. Weichgummi, Hart- bzw. Weich-PVC oder sonstige, in unterschiedlichen Elastizitäts- oder Härtegraden herstellbare und bereits beim Herstellprozess zu der Dichtleiste (22, 23) zusammengefügte Kunststoffoder Verbundmaterialien sind. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Profilabschnitt einen tragenden leistenförmig geraden Profilsteg (24, 43) umfasst, von dem wenigstens ein Befestigungsabschnitt (26, 27; 44) abgewinkelt abragt. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (26) oder wenigstens einer (26) von mehreren Befestigungsabschnitten (26, 27) einen Eingriffsabschnitt bildet, der in eine an der Zarge (1) oder dem Torblatt (2) vorgesehene Haltenut (30) eingreift. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (26) in eine zum Festlegen einer Schleifleiste an der zu der Torblattumfangsseite gerichteten Zargenstimseite (29) vorhandene Haltenut (30) oder in eine an der in den durch das Torblatt zu verschließenden Raum hinein weisenden Zargeninnenseite (31) vorgesehene Haltenut eingreift. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (44) oder wenigstens (27) einer von mehreren Befestigungsabschnitten (26, 27) eine Innenkante (32, 46) des Torblattes (1) oder der Zarge (2) umgreift, an welchem bzw. welcher die Dichtleiste (22, 23) befestigt ist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, insbesondere nach Anspruch 6,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Befestigungseinrichtung (28; 33, 39, 40, 41; 48, 9 zum Festklemmen, Festschrauben, Festnieten oder dergleichen Festlegen des Befestigungsabschnittes (26, 27, 44) oder eines der Befestigungsabschnitte (26, 27, 44) und vorzugsweise des die Innenkante (32, 46) umgreifenden Befestigungsabschnittes (27, 44) an dem bzw. der mit der Dichtleiste (22, 23) zu versehenden Torblatt (2) bzw. Zarge (1). - Kipp- oder Schwenktor nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung eine oder mehrere Ausnehmungen (33, 39), in nahe der Innenkante (32, 46) von dem/der mit der Dichtleiste (22, 23) versehenen Torblatt (2) bzw. Zarge (1) wegstehenden, die Befestigung von Torblatt (2) und Zarge (1) aneinander oder deren Relativbewegung ermöglichender oder erleichtemder Halter-, Lager- oder Führungseinrichtungen (11, 34, 51, 50) aufweist, in welche Ausnehmung(en) (33, 39) der die Innenkante (32, 46) umgreifende Befestigungsabschnitt (27, 44) einführbar und/oder darin verklemmbar ist.
