Abstract

Ampulle und deren Verwendung. Die zur Aufnahme von fliessfähigen Stoffen dienende Ampulle (10) ist aus einem starren Material wie Glas gefertigt und besteht aus einem Behälterteil (12), einer Zwischenkammer (18) und einem Kopfteil (20). Eine untere Verengung (24) mit kreisförmigem Innenquerschnitt verbindet Behälterteil (12) und Zwischenkammer (18). Der obere Rand der Zwischenkammer (18) bildet bei geöffneter Ampulle (10') eine Anlagefläche für einen Zylinderboden (36) einer Injektionsspritze (30). Diese Injektionsspritze (30) weist einen vom Zylinderboden (36) ausgehenden Frontal-Konus (38) aus elastisch komprimierbarem Materil auf, der so in die restliche Ampulle (10') einführbar ist, dass sein grösster Querschnitt berührungsfrei in der oberen Verengung (26) aufgenommen ist, während er im unteren Querschnitt (24) pressitzartig und fluiddicht an der Wandung der restlichen Ampulle (10') anliegt. Die Ampulle (10) wird verwendet, um zu ermöglichen, dass der fliessfähige Stoff durch den Frontal-Konus (38) ohne Ansaugkanüle in die Injektionsspritze (30) gesaugt werden kann. Alternativ kann anstelle der Zwischenkammer ein konisches Halsteil (60) oberhalb der Verengung (24) vorgesehen sein, welches komplementär zum Frontal-Konus (38) ausgebildet ist. Das Halsteil (60) ist so bemessen, dass der Frontal-Konus (38) höchstens bis zur Verengung in die Ampulle (10') hineinragen kann, so dass der gesamte Inhalt der Ampulle ohne Schwierigkeit in die Injektionsspritze (30) bringbar ist.

The ampoule ( 10 ) used to hold flowable substances is made of a rigid material such as glass and consists of a container part ( 12 ), an intermediate chamber ( 18 ) and a head part ( 20 ). A lower constriction ( 24 ) with a circular inner cross section connects the container part ( 12 ) and the intermediate chamber ( 18 ). When the ampoule (10 ') is open, the upper edge of the intermediate chamber (18) forms a contact surface for a cylinder base ( 36 ) of an injection syringe ( 30 ). This injection syringe ( 30 ) has a frontal cone ( 38 ) made of elastically compressible material which extends from the cylinder base ( 36 ) and can be inserted into the remaining ampoule ( 10 ' ) in such a way that its largest cross section is contact-free in the upper constriction ( 26 ) is recorded, while in the lower cross-section ( 24 ) it rests like a press fit and is fluid-tight on the wall of the remaining ampoule ( 10 ' ). The ampoule ( 10 ) is used to enable the flowable substance to be sucked through the frontal cone ( 38 ) into the injection syringe ( 30 ) without a suction cannula. Alternatively, instead of the intermediate chamber, a conical neck part ( 60 ) can be provided above the constriction ( 24 ), which is complementary to the frontal cone ( 38 ). The neck part ( 60 ) is dimensioned such that the frontal cone ( 38 ) can protrude into the ampoule ( 10 ' ) at most up to the constriction, so that the entire contents of the ampoule can be brought into the injection syringe ( 30 ) without difficulty.
