Description
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Schleifen von rotierenden Gummiwalzen mittels einer Schleifscheibe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest während des letzten Schleifschnittes an die Schleifscheibe eine weitere angetriebene, rotierende Gummiwalze herangeführt wird, die aus einem härteren Gummi besteht als die zu schleifende Gummiwalze und wobei die weitere rotierende Gummiwalze mit einer Umdrehungszahl rotiert, die einen ständigen Abrieb dieser Gummiwalze auf die Schleifscheibe gewährleistet.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere rotierende Gummiwalze eine Härte von 50 bis 80 Shore A aufweist.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichte der weiteren rotierenden Gummiwalze 1,1 bis 1,4 g/cm3 und die Elastizität 20 bis 40% beträgt.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die zu schleifende rotierende Gummiwalze als auch die weitere rotierende Gummiwalze im Spalt gleichlaufend rotiert wie die Schleifscheibe.
- Gummiwalze zur Durchführung des Verfahren gemäß Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, bei dem rotierende Gummiwalzen mittels einer Schleifscheibe geschliffen werden, bestehend aus einer einspannbaren und antreibbaren Metallachse und einem härteren Gummibezug als die zu schleifende Gummiwalze, wobei diese Gummiwalze, mit einer Umdrehungszahl rotierbar ist, die einen ständigen Abrieb dieser Gummiwalze auf die Schleifscheibe gewährleistet, eine Härte von 50 bis 80 Shore A aufweist und die Dichte 1,1 bis 1,4 g/cm3 und die Elastizität 20 bis 40% beträgt.
- Gummiwalze gemäß Anspruch 5 gekennzeichnet durch einen leicht konischen Kern und einen leicht konisch erweiterten Gummiüberzug.
