Claims (2)
- Gußteilform mit Gießkernabstützung mit einem innerhalb einer Gußteilform (3) angeordneten Gießkern (5) zur Bildung eines Gießhohlraumes (4), wobei der Gießkern (5) über zumindest eine an ihrer Außenseite profilierte Gießkernabstützung (6) gehalten ist, die nachfolgend mit eingegossen bleibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßin der Gußteilform (3) für ein Gußteil aus Aluminium oder ähnlichen Gießwerkstoffen eine Gießkernabstützung in Form eines topfförmigen Kernöffnungsstopfens (7) angeordnet ist, der den Gießkern (5) abstützt undin dem ein Treiber (10) bereits teilweise eingesetzt ist. - Gußteil aus einer Gußteilform nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßein Kernöffnungsstopfen (7) an seiner Außenfläche mit einer Profilierung (8) und an seiner Innenfläche mit einer kegeligen Ausnehmung (9) versehen ist undin die der kegelige Treiber (10) bereits eingesetzte ist, miteingegossen ist und nach dem Erkalten des Gußteiles (11) vollständig eingetrieben wird.
