Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Entladen der Wände (23, 24, 28, 30) einer Kunststoffkabine (20), in der Werkstücke mittels einer Pulversprühvorrichtung beschichtet werden können, wobei das Pulver in der Pulversprühvorrichtung unter Spannung gesetzt und das Werkstück geerdet wird, gekennzeichnet durch ein in die Kunststoffkabine (20) einzubringendes geerdetes Metallgestell (2) mit nach außen zu den Wänden (23, 24, 28, 30) der Kunststoffkabine hin weisenden Spitzenelektroden (5).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkstücke mittels einer geerdeten Fördervorrichtung (12) durch die Kunststoffkabine bewegt werden und daß das Metallgestell (2) Haken (10) zum Anhängen an die Fördervorrichtung (12) und Mitnahme durch diese aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallgestell (2) von zwei parallelen, miteinander verbundenen Lochblechen (4) gebildet ist, von deren Umfängen die Spitzenelektroden (5) nach allen Seiten hin wegstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitzenelektroden (5) in den Ebenen der Lochbleche (4) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Lochblech (4) einen Aufhängebügel (8) zum Aufhängen des Gestells an eine Fördervorrichtung (12) aufweist.
- Verfahren zum elektrischen Entladen der Wände (23, 24, 28, 30) einer Kunststoffkabine (20), in der Werkstücke von einem Förderer (12) durch die Kabine (20) bewegt und dabei mittels einer Pulversprühvorrichtung elektrostatisch beschichtet werden, wobei das Pulver in der Pulversprühvorrichtung unter Spannung gesetzt und das Werkstück geerdet Wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils nach einem Beschichtungszyklus anstelle von Werkstücken ein mit Spitzenelektroden (5) versehenes Metallgestell (2) durch die Kunststoffkabine (20) gefördert wird, wobei die Spitzenelektroden (5) auf die zu entladenden Wände (23, 24, 28, 30) der Kunststoffkabine (20) hingerichtet sind und die Pulversprühvorrichtung stillgelegt ist.
