Description

The invention relates to a device for receiving Sheet stacking on a sheet-fed press, with an up and down retractable stacking table, which has spacers corresponding to those depending on the selected sheet format large batch runs can be arranged.

Devices for receiving sheet stacks according to the Generic terms are known from the prior art. Such Devices are used to print sheets of paper for the To provide sheet printing machine. With this required raising the stack support provided stacking table becomes the stack of sheets lying thereon guided by means of a stack guide so that the individual The paper sheet of the sheet stack is in the correct position. To ensure that the sheet stack is guided exactly, the stacking support may only have smaller or identical dimensions as the sheet stack have, so as not to be distracting laterally to emerge. Should paper sheets with changed format so it is usually necessary to print a new one To use stacking pad with the appropriate format.

It is known from the prior art to have a stack support with the interposition of spacers on the To store the stacking table in the form of angles, which are slidably arranged on the stacking table. Before the Use of a new stacking pad with different dimensions it is necessary to set the angle in such a position slide that the stacking pad is securely resting on it. This Adjustments are cumbersome. So it's relative complex, the device for receiving a Convert sheet stacks with a different format.

From US-A-2 833 540 a device according to the The preamble of claim 1 is known.

The object of the present invention is therefore a To create device for receiving stacks of sheets within a relatively short time for the inclusion of a Sheet stack can be converted with a different sheet format.

This object is achieved in that the spacers distributed in a fixed manner on the stacking table, that each of the different batch sizes in the format such a number of spacers rests that they is supported against tipping, with smaller formats Stack runs on a smaller number of Place spacers on top of larger stacked supports.

The spacers are already in the for the tilt-proof support of the stack supports with different formats optimal positions, making the for converting the device for receiving the sheet stack time with different formats considerably is shortened.

If the spacers are rod-shaped and with one long side each on the stacking table and if they also have the shape of a square in cross section, in particular a rectangle, results on the Spacers a large surface for the Stacking pads, so that a small number of Spacers suffice to use stacking pads store different dimensions on it so that it cannot tip over.

These spacers can be easily and manufacture inexpensively by injection molding if they are made of plastic.

The entire device for receiving stacks of sheets is tilted slightly backwards so that it is stable and immovable storage of the stack support on the Spacers is advantageous if this on their, the Longitudinal sides facing away from the stacking table have projections which in corresponding recesses on the undersides of the Stacking pads when placing the stacking pad on the Intervene spacers. By an appropriate arrangement the wells can also the position of Clearly define the stack support on the spacers, so that it is ensured that the sheet stack even then is centered on the pile when the sheet size is larger than the size of the stacking pad. In particular is provided that these projections are rod-shaped, it is advantageous if these projections have the shape have separate pins which in recesses in the Spacers are attached. Here the pins have a circular cross section so that they are in Recesses can be introduced, which are used as bores, are designed in particular as blind bores.

Additional advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the further subclaims.

The invention is described below with reference to one in the figures illustrated embodiment explained in more detail.

A side view schematically shown in Figure 1 a device 1 for receiving sheet stacks 2 from a stacking table 3, which, as below, is closer is explained on both sides of its underside Carriage 4 has. These carriages 4 are over Rollers 5, 6 and 7 can each be moved on a rail 8 arranged on both sides of the stacking table 3 located side walls 9 are attached. On the Stacking table 3 are arranged spacers, of which in Fig. 1 two (10, 11) are shown, on which one Stack support 12 rests on which the sheet stack 2 is supported. The device 1 is part of a not shown Sheet printing machine.

There is a chain 13 on both sides of each guide carriage 4 attached, which are guided over pulleys 14, 15, 16 and 17 is. By means of a not shown in FIG. 1, motor drive the pulleys 14 to 17 in Rotation is set ver, so that this means Move chain 13 of carriage 4 along rail 8 can be.

In FIG. 1 there are also lateral guide plates 18 shown schematically, which serve to the upper part of the Align sheet stack 2 so that the top lying paper sheet 19 in the correct position in the area get a device that detects the top sheet 19 and a further structural unit that is not shown in detail in FIG. 1 shown printing machine feeds. For this, this points Device sucker 20, of which only one in FIG. 1 Sucker 20 is shown.

During the printing operation, the stacking table 3 with the stacking pad 12 arranged thereon and the one thereon located sheet stack 2 from the chain 13 slowly upwards pulled, the one on the underside of the stacking table 3 move the guide carriage 4 along the rail 8 becomes. The paper sheet 19 lying on top is removed from the Suckers 20 detected, taken from the sheet stack 2 and others Units supplied to the printing press (not shown).

Fig. 2 shows an enlarged view of that in a lower Positioning stacking table 3, with the carriage 4. On the stacking table 3 are the screws 21 Spacers 10 and 11 attached, on which the Stack support 12 stores.

In Fig. 3, the stacking table 3 is in its uppermost Position shown. To prevent the Sucker 20 sucks on the stacking support 12 is located a continuous one at that point of the stacking support 12 Bore 22 through which the suction cup 23a of the suction cup 20 follows Removal of the last sheet of paper with the stacking pad 12 in Contact comes.

The top view shown in FIG. 4 on the Device 1 for receiving stacks of sheets shows the Stacking table 3 with the ones attached to it Spacers 10, 11 and 23 to 29. Furthermore, in the Fig. 4 partly with solid, partly with dash-dotted Line stacking pads 12 and 30 to 33 shown that different and the respective format of the towards it stored paper sheets have appropriate dimensions. The multitude of stacking pads 12, 30 to 33 is only in the same figure for the sake of information drawn in; in operation, of course, is always only a stack of appropriate size on the Spacers arranged.

It can be seen that the spacers 11, 12 and 23 to 29 have an elongated, in particular rod-like shape, and with their elongated undersides on the stacking table 3 lie on. These can advantageously Spacers 11, 12 and 23 to 29 made of plastic be made.

The spacers 11, 12 and 23 to 29 are on the Stacking table 3 arranged in three groups 64, 65, 66, wherein the spacers 10, 11 and 23 of the first group 64 and the Spacers 26, 27 and 28 of the third group 66, respectively parallel to each other and parallel to the front edge 71 of the Stacking table 3 are arranged. The spacers 24, 25 and 29 of the middle group 65 lie across the rest Spacers 10, 11, 23, 26, 27 and 28. The Spacers 11 and 26, 23 and 27 as well as 10 and 28 are aligned to each other. Especially for tilt-proof storage it is the smaller format stacking pads 32 and 33 advantageous if the two adjacent spacers 24 and 25 with their longitudinal extensions obliquely to each other and also at an angle to the longitudinal extensions of the rest Spacers run.

It can be clearly seen that the device for receiving Sheet stack 1 has the side walls 9 on both sides which, as already mentioned above, the rails 8 are screwed on, which guide the carriage 4 to serve.

An axis 34 becomes on both sides of the side winches 9 held, attached to the two stack guides 35 and 36 are that have the shape of a right angle in section and at which the corners 12 'of the in the direction of the axis 34 Apply stacking pad 12. Leave the stack guides 35, 36 adjust over a spindle, so that they on the appropriate format of the sheets are adjustable.

Fig. 5 shows a front view of the stacking table 3, the has the shape of a "U's" open at the bottom. He has two U-leg and one lying between these legs Table top 3 '. They are on his two U-legs Carriage 4 screwed on. The table top 3 'has Bores that are penetrated by screws 21 with which the spacers are attached to the stacking table 3 '. In 5 are the Spacers 10, 24, 29, 25 and 28 can be seen. On this The stack support 12 rests on the spacers again the sheet stack 2 is stored. The Spacers 10, 24, 29, 25 and 28 (as well as the others 5 are not visible spacers) in their end regions by means of the screws 21 mentioned attached to the stacking table 3. On their top, the Spacer recesses 44 and 45, which as Blind holes are formed and into the pins 40 and 41 are inserted so that they are the top of the protrude from the respective spacer. Will one Stacking pad 12 assigned to the spacers, so step pins 40 and 41 forming protrusions 57 and 58 in corresponding holes 48 and 49 of the stack support 12. The stack support 12 is therefore immovable and accurate positioned in a simple way.

The top view of FIG. 4 shows this very clearly inventive principle that smaller batch runs only some of the spacers lie on top and that in format larger stack runs are on a correspondingly larger Support the number of spacers.
