Claims (11)
- Dispositif de rationalisation de la pose de pierres à bâtir pour l'érection d'un ouvrage de maçonnerie, qui comporte une plate-forme (1) déplaçable à l'aide de roues (2) et équipée d'une colonne portante verticale (3) susceptible de tourner autour de son axe longitudinal, caractérisé en ce que sur la colonne portante (3) sont agencés plusieurs bras (6) qui sont décalés les uns des autres selon un certain angle et sur chacun desquels court un câble de levage (9), un tambour d'enroulement (10) ainsi qu'un moteur d'entraînement (11) étant affectés à chaque câble de levage (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur la colonne portante (3) quatre bras (6) respectivement décalés les uns des autres de 90°.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les câbles de levage (9) portent des grappins (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moteurs séparés pour l'entraînement des roues (2) et pour la rotation de la colonne portante (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on agence sur la plate-forme (1) et/ou sur la colonne portante (3) un plancher de travail (16) déplaçable en hauteur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la longueur et la largeur du plancher de travail (16) sont dimensionnées de telle sorte qu'elles se situent à l'intérieur du cercle circonscrivant les brins des câbles de levage (9) pendant des bras (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la distance radiale des coins externes (18, 19) du plancher de travail (16) vis-à-vis de la colonne portante verticale (3) est plus petite que le cercle circonscrivant les brins des câbles de levage (9) pendant des bras (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écartement radial des bras (6) est d'environ 1,7 m.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines des roues (2) de la plate-forme (1) sont orientables.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le plancher de travail (16) est monté à l'aide de vis de réglage (17) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer en hauteur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on commande par programmation les moteurs d'entraînement ou la plus grande partie d'entre eux.
