Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lifting platform with a vertically supported platform that can be moved on at least one mast that can be assembled from stackable mast elements and a lifting device arranged above the platform, a lifting crane with a crane girder that extends essentially over the entire length of the platform and along a running track of the crane girder back and forth trolley is provided.
  • Lifting platforms which are available in one and two mast versions, have already proven themselves as mobile climbing scaffolds and offer considerable advantages over rigid scaffolding, such as work opportunities with optimal access height, construction unit made of scaffolding and elevator, large work surface on the platforms, maximum safety and the like. Like, with himself.
  • EP-A-0 106 506 it is also known to equip the platform of these lifting platforms with a jib crane, in order to have a hoist available at higher platform positions for hoisting building material, should the use of the platform itself be inappropriate as an elevator his.
  • the use of these jib cranes is relatively small, since on the one hand they only have a vertical conveying function like the platform itself and on the other hand they impair the load-bearing capacity of the platform.
  • DE-A-3 843 367 already shows an aerial work platform which has a longitudinally conveying conveyor belt below the platform and is equipped with an electric winch at the side end, but these conveying devices are only used for material removal and there is again an additional platform load.
  • DE-U-89 12 853 also discloses an aerial work platform in which a work platform which is vertically adjustable along the supports of a chassis has a traveling crane with a crane girder and trolley extending over the platform length.
  • this overhead crane has a horizontal conveying area, it is limited by the guides of the platform that receive the stencils between the crane girders, and because of the longitudinally centered running path along the crane girder, it needs a rotating boom for the trolley.
  • Such a platform is only suitable for use with small movable working platforms, but not for lifting platforms with masts that can be assembled to great heights.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to eliminate these deficiencies and to create a lifting platform of the type described, which with comparatively little additional effort brings a significant improvement in working conditions on the platform and is characterized by a considerable expansion of their work area.
  • the invention solves this problem in that the crane girder is laid in the area of the inner longitudinal edge of the platform facing the building and the track forms arc sections leading around the masts on the outer side facing away from the building, preferably the arc sections via switches on the straight sections extended on both sides towards the masts are connected.
  • This overhead crane covers the entire platform with its conveying area regardless of the number and arrangement of the masts and enables the desired cross transport of building materials and tools on the platform, so that practically all construction and assembly work on the platform is made considerably easier.
  • This overhead crane which is equipped with appropriate lifting and moving devices such as vacuum lifters or the like, is particularly suitable for the simple and efficient moving of facade panels or the like.
  • the conveyor area of the overhead crane is as close as possible to the facade or the like to be processed and there is a favorable load on the lift. If there are also straight sections of the track extended on the mast side in addition to the curved sections, the crane trolley can not only be moved lengthways along the platform around the masts, but it can also be brought up to the masts so that they can also be used in the vicinity of the masts.
  • the curved sections protrude in the apex area beyond the outer longitudinal edge of the platform facing away from the building, so that the trolley positioned in these areas lower their lifting means past the platform to the floor can and if necessary the overhead crane for vertical conveying of building material, tools and. The like. Can be used.
  • the overhead crane can be set up directly on the platform if the crane girder is supported on the platform, which makes the crane immediately ready for use with the platform, but in this case the load capacity is limited by the impairment of the platform payload. It is therefore particularly favorable if the crane girder is supported on the top or top mast elements of the masts, since this arrangement of the overhead crane enables the crane loads to be directly integrated into the lift masts and the platform platform maintains its full payload.
  • the masts are first erected using the platform and then mounted on top of the masts of the crane girder, which is preferably composed of elements.
  • the crane girder connecting the masts which can of course also connect masts of two lifting platforms placed next to each other, brings additional stiffening of the supporting frame for the lifting platform provided by the masts.
  • a very useful construction results from the fact that the crane girder has cross-adjustable cantilever arms for taking up the running track, because the cross-adjustability of these cantilever arms means that the conveying area of the overhead crane can be adapted to the respective platform width and position.
  • a lifting platform 1 consists of two masts 2 built on a base frame (not shown) and one of these masts 2, the platform 3 being movable along the height.
  • the masts 2 can be composed of individual mast elements 2a and the platform 3 can also be composed of individual platform elements 3a , so that there is a climbing frame that can be adapted to the particular circumstances, the platform 3 being supported on the masts 2 by its own sledge-shaped drive elements 3b connected to the masts 2 and being movable by means of a rack and pinion drive (not shown).
  • the lifting platform 1 is assigned a traveling crane 4 which, according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, has a stay 5 on the platform 3 itself is supported.
  • the overhead crane 4 comprises a crane girder 6 which extends over the entire platform length and a trolley 7 which can be moved along the runway 6a of the crane girder 6, as a result of which horizontal conveyance of the building materials, for example the heavy facade cladding panels, is possible in the platform area.
  • the crane girder 6 runs in the area of the inner longitudinal edge 8 of the platform 3 in order to bring the conveying area of the overhead crane 4 as far as possible in line with the facade-side working area, so that the crane girder 6 with its track 6a for bypassing the masts 2 forms arch sections 9 which are about Points 10 are connected to the straight sections 11 extended towards the masts 2.
  • the trolley 7 can drive around the masts and be moved along the entire length of the platform, but the trolley 7 can be moved in a straight line towards the masts 2 after the switch 10 has been moved, so that it can also be used in the vicinity of the masts to be able to.
  • the overhead crane 4 consists of a crane girder 12 designed as a truss girder, which, like the platform 3, can be composed of individual girder elements 12a.
  • This crane girder 12 is supported on the uppermost mast elements 2b of the masts 2 and it has cross-adjustable cantilever arms 13 in the lower chord area for receiving the track 14, so that the position of the track 14 can be adapted to the width of the platform 3.
  • the track 14 is guided through arc sections 15 around the masts 2 and the straight sections 17 connected via switches 16 continue up to the masts 2, so that the trolley 7 in turn can be guided around the masts or up to the masts can.
