Claims (7)

1. Procédé de coulée continue dans un lingotière comportant un réservoir d'alimentation (22) dont la paroi intérieure fait saillie sur la paroi intérieure de la lingotière en formant un surplomb (8), la paroi intérieure de la lingotière étant refroidie et lubrifiée, un gaz sous pression tel que l'air, l'azote ou un gaz inerte étant introduit au niveau du surplomb (8) du réservoir d'alimentation (22) en même temps qu'un lubrifiant dans l'espace creux dans la lingotière et un bloc de démarrage étant utilisé lors de la coulée, caractérisé en ce que l'on produit dans le passage entre le bloc de démarrage et la surface d'écoulement (7) de la lingotière un vide partiel, en ce que l'on mélange l'agent de démoulage et/ou le lubrifiant et le gaz avant l'entrée dans l'espace creux de la lingotière (1) dans un rapport en volume de 1-4:1000 en formant un brouillard gaz/huile et en ce que l'on envoie ce mélange, en partant du surplomb du réservoir d'alimentation (22) dans la direction d'extraction parallèlement à la surface d'écoulement (7) de la lingotière et le long de celle-ci, un écoulement laminaire étant ainsi maintenu.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on introduit, lors de la coulée et de la coulée continue, des quantités constantes d'agent de démoulage et/ou de lubrifiant et de gaz.
3. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé de coulée continue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans une lingotière comportant un réservoir d'alimentation (22) dont la paroi intérieure fait saillie sur la paroi intérieure de la lingotière en formant un surplomb (8), la paroi intérieure de la lingotière étant refroidie et lubrifiée, un gaz sous pression tel que l'air, l'azote ou un gaz inerte étant introduit au niveau du surplomb (8) du réservoir d'alimentation (22) dans l'espace creux dans la lingotière et de l'eau sortant à l'extrémité de la lingotière dans la direction d'extraction du lingot, caractérisé en ce que sont disposés, entre le surplomb (8) du réservoir d'alimentation (22) se trouvant sur la lingotière (1) et la lingotière (1), des passages sous forme de conduites pour le mélange gaz/huile, s'étendant - partant de l'espace creux du ménisque (9) - vers le haut parallèlement le long de la direction d'extraction du lingot et en ce que la surface d'écoulement de la lingotière (7) derrière le surplomb (8) est lisse et fermée partout.
4. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un passage annulaire (6) est disposé entre le surplomb (8) du réservoir d'alimentation (22) et la lingotière (1) dont la paroi est orientée, au moins dans la zone de l'ouverture de sortie, essentiellement parallèlement à la direction d'extraction et le long de la surface d'écoulement (7) de la lingotière.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'embouchure du passage annulaire (6) jusqu'à l'ouverture de sortie est sur 10-30 mm parallèle à l'axe de la lingotière.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la jonction de l'agent de démoulage et/ou du lubrifiant et du gaz s'effectue à une distance de 2-10 mm avant l'ouverture de sortie de l'embouchure (21) du passage annulaire.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la surface d'écoulement (7) de la lingotière et le bloc de démarrage se trouve un passage de 2-5 mm et en ce que le bloc de démarrage présente sur son bord supérieur une arête sur tout son pourtour, surélevée.
