Claims (4)

1. Appareil pour la descente de personnes à la corde, constitué d'une corde (11) dont une extrémité présente un moyen de fixation destiné à la fixation stationnaire à une partie de bâtiment et dont l'autre extrémité est fixée à un treuil (2) qui est monté en pivotement dans un cadre (1), le cadre (1) présentant des installations de raccordement (16) destinées à un dispositif de transport de personnes, le treuil (2) étant relié en entraînement avec un frein en état de précontrainte et servant à régler la vitesse de descente à la corde, et le frein pouvant être actionné au cours de la descente à la corde par l'intermédiaire d'un levier de frein (5) réalisé en forme de bascule, le levier de frein (5) pouvant être influencé, d'une part, par l'intermédiaire d'un premier organe d'entraînement (1 a) destiné à desserrer manuellement le frein à l'encontre de la force de précontrainte, et d'autre part, par l'intermédiaire d'un second organe d'entraînement destiné à augmenter manuellement la force de freinage, caractérisé en ce que le levier de frein (5) est relié au dispositif de transport de personnes par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort (14) supporté dans un cadre (1) et en ce que le ressort (14) peut être mis en état de précontrainte à partir de la charge s'exerçant sur le dispositif de transport de personnes, de telle sorte que le ressort (14) déplace le levier de frein (5) dans une position diminuant la force de freinage, en cas de charge décroissante, mais dans une position augmentant la force de freinage, en cas de charge croissante; en ce que, comme ressort (14), on prévoit un ressort à pression et en ce que le ressort à pression (14) est disposé, dans sa position de travail, de façon à s'étendre coaxialement par rapport à la direction de la charge s'exerçant sur le dispositif de transport de personnes, en ce qu'il s'appuie contre un cadre (1) avec une de ses extrémités; en ce qu'en outre, il est traversé par un organe de traction (15) qui agit avec sa première extrémité, sur la première extrémité du ressort à pression (14) et en ce que la second extrémité de l'organe de traction (15) est reliée au dispositif de transport de personnes et la première extrémité de l'organe de traction (15) est reliée au levier de frein (5).
2. Appareil de descente à la corde selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, comme ressort à pression (14), on prévoit un ressort a boudin ou un ressort à disques.
3. Appareil de descente à la corde selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de traction (15) mentionné ci-dessus est relié au levier de frein (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un levier articulé en pivotement, à un cadre (1).

Appareil de descente à la corde selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la première extrémité de l'organe de traction (15) agissant sur le ressort (14), est articulée au bras de la puissance d'un premier levier (17) à bras unique, dont le bras de puissance est relié en articulation au levier de frein (5), le point d'appui (18) du premier levier (17) étant, en outre, relié en articulation au bras de la puissance d'un deuxième levier intermobile (19) monté en pivotement contre le cadre et agissant pratiquement dans la même direction par rapport au premier levier (17) ; en ce que l'organe de traction (9) agit sur le bras de la puissance du second levier (19) afin de desserrer manuellement le frein.
