Abstract
Leiutis käsitleb isoleeritud mikroorganismi tüve Lactobacillus plantarum TAK 59 NCIMB42150, mida kasutatakse sööda fermenteerimise kiirendamiseks, piimhappe kontsentratsiooni suurendamiseks, pH langetamiseks ja seeläbi sööda toitainete kadude vähendamiseks. L. plantarum TAK 59 alandab ammoniaaklämmastiku ja võihappe kontsentratsiooni söödas. Mikroorganismi kasutamine sileerimisel pärsib proteolüütiliste ja patogeensete mikroorganismide (klostriidide ja enteropatogeenide) toimet söödas. Lactobacillus plantarum TAK 59 sobib kasutamiseks nii kergesti, keskmiselt kui raskesti sileeritava haljasmassi korral sööda säilimisaja pikendamiseks.
