Abstract

В заявке описываются S-замещенные тиоловые эфиры 11β-бензальдоксимэстра-4,9-диенугольной кислоты общей формулы (I)и их фармацевтически приемлемые соли, а также способ получения этих соединений и содержащие их фармацевтические композиции. Предлагаемые соединения связываются на рецепторе прогестерона и обладают заметно сниженным антиглюкокортикоидным действием.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
