Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zur Aufbringung eines hydrophilen Überzuges,
der einen niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten hat, wenn er
mit einer Flüssigkeit auf Wasserbasis befeuchtet wird,
auf einer Poiymeroberflache, indem man auf die Polymeroberfläche
eine Lösung aufbringt, die zwischen 0,05 und 40 % (Gewicht je Volumen) einer Verbindung, die wenigstens
zwei unumgesetzte Isocyanatgruppen je Molekül umfaßt,
enthält, das Lösungsmittel verdampft, eine zwischen 0,5 und 50 %(Gewicht je Volumen) Polyvinylpyrrolidon
enthaltende Lösung auf der so behandelten Polymeroberfläche
aufbringt und sodann das Lösungsmittel der letztgenamten Lösung verdampft und den Überzug
bei erhöhter Temperatur härtet.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polyvinylpyrrolidonlösung oder die Isocyanatlösung
einen Katalysator enthält, der die Härtung des Isocyanats beschleunigt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,· dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Katalysator ein Amin, vorzugsweise ein Diamin oder
Triethylendiamin, umfaßt.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isocyanatlösung ein Polymer enthält, das die
Isocyanatdiffusion vor dem Härten des Überzuges vermindern soll.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymer in der Isocyanatlösung aus der Gruppe der
Polyester, Polyvinylverbxndungen, Polyurethane, Polyisocyanate oder Copolymere dieser. Verbindungen ausgewählt
ist.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das abschließende Härten in Gegenwart eines wasserhaltigen
Gases durchgeführt wird.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu beschichtende Polymeroberfläche ein ,- Polymer
aus der Gruppe Latex, Polyvinylchlorid und Polyurethan umfaßt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erhaltene hydrophile Überzug durch Behandlung mit
Jod antibakteriell gemacht wird.
9. Medizinischer Gegenstand für das Einführen in den Körper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstand mit einem
gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8 hergestellten hydrophilen Überzug versehen ist.
10. Medizinischer Gegenstand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er ein Katheter ist.
