Der Rahmen α ist 52 mm hoch und wird auf den Rand einer eisernen oder hölzernen Thür befestigt und bildet mit dieser gleichsam einen Kasten. Der flache Rahmen b mit den darauf genieteten drei Querschienen c aus schwachem Bandeisen liegt flach gegen die Thür und bildet das Fallwerk, welches durch die vier Kloben d seine Führung auf- und abwärts erhält. Das Fallwerk steht mit der zweiten Thür (Aufsen- oder Doppelthür) durch die Zapfen e in Verbindung und wird durch eine Voroder Rückwärtsbewegung dieser Thür von nur 10 mm ausgehoben.The frame α is 52 mm high and is attached to the edge of an iron or wooden door and forms a box with it, as it were. Auf der Thür sind die Glocken w und die Gehwerke ν befestigt.
