Hierbei ist es zunächst einmal schon nachteilig, daß es beim Auftragen des Zahnputzmittels auf den Borstenkopf häufig zu einem "Verkleckern" von Zahnputzmittel, einer dadurch bedingten Verschüttützung des benu.; ten Handwaschbeckens etc. , einer Überdosierung von Zahnpasta usw. kommt. Darüber hinaus ist das Auftragen von Zahnputzmittel auf den Borstenkopf relativ umständlich, da i.a. drei Teile, nämlich die Zahnbürste selbst, die Tube sowie der Schraubverschluß der Tube vom Benutzer gehalten werden müssen, dieser aber nur zwei Hände zur Verfüguixg hat. Dieses führt dazu, daß zunächst die ' -' Tube zu öffnen, der Schraubverschluß auf dem Waschbecken od.dgl. abzulegen, die Zahnbürste zur Hand zu nehmen, und sodann das Zahnputzmittel aufzutragen ist; weiterhin ist die Zahnbürste sodann auf dem Waschbecken, einem Zahnputzbecher od.dgl. abzulegen, um den Schraubverschluß wieder auf der Tube zu befestigen, die Tube ist daraufhin wegzulegen und die Zahnbürste wieder zur Hand zu nehmen, wobei möglicherweise die haltende Hand gewechselt werden muß, da bspw. ein Rechtshänder das Auftragen des Zahnputzmittels bewerkstelligt, indem er die Tube in der rechten und die Zahnbürste in der linken Hand hält, die Zahnbürste zum eigentlichen Putzvorgang aber in die rechte Hand nimmt, etc.One disadvantage here is that when the toothpaste is applied to the bristle head, it often spills, resulting in the hand wash basin being used, etc., an overdose of toothpaste, etc. Furthermore, applying toothpaste to the bristle head is relatively cumbersome, since the user has to hold three parts - the toothbrush itself, the tube, and the screw cap on the tube - and they only have two hands available.
