KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE. The inventor makes use of the removable bottom on bottles by using the same clamps or screws under the head of the bottle, thus using the bottom as a foot for the inverted bottle enables. It follows from this that the bottle can be used as a drinking glass. These double utilization will offer considerable advantages wherever enjoyment of beverages in the absence of bottles made of glasses, as in factories, Workshops, construction sites, etc. The accompanying drawing gives an exemplary embodiment. It's the familiar wire here. used, and the construction and application is easily out of the Easy to see drawing. Fig. ι zeigt die Flasche mit verschlossenem Boden. Fig. Ι shows the bottle with a closed bottom. Fig. 2 gives a section through the floor, as well as through the attached bottle part. A circular recess k is provided on the inner surface of the base into which the head of the bottle fits. rr denote the sealing ring required for careful closure. Fig. 3 shows the bottle with the bottom folded down, the latter serving as a foot for the bottle which can now be used as a comfortable drinking glass. Sufficient fastening of the folded base with the head of the bottle is achieved by arranging the distance a, Fig. I, from the axis of rotation to be somewhat larger than b. By utilizing the elasticity of the wires kk , the difference can be compensated for by compressing them by hand. In Fig. 3, for the sake of clarity, something outside of the relationship is drawn in what has just been described. Bottle with a removable bottom, which is fixed in the middle of the bottle by means of a wire clip so that the bottom with its recess k can be priced on the neck closure of the bottle in order to be able to use the inverted bottle as a drinking glass with feet.
