Abstract

The device has a bottle (2) with a threaded collar (10) and an applicator (3) including a stem (4). The cap has a threaded part to be screwed on the collar and a ring (8) connected to the threaded part in a removable way. The ring is integrated to the collar while removing the applicator. An independent claim is also included for a process for manufacturing a conditioning and application device.
