Der auf beiliegender Zeichnung im Grundrifs und Längsschnitt dargestellte Strohschüttler für Dreschmaschinen besteht aus einem endlosen, beweglichen Lattenrost, der über mehrere Rollen geführt wird, die so angeordnet sind, dafs die arbeitende Fläche gewisse Unterbrechungen erfährt, welche ein Fallen des Strohes während des Transports bewirken und die Reinigung des Strohes beschleunigen. Die Latten α sind auf den beiden Riemengurten b befestigt, während die durch die Latten ge^ogenen Schnüre oder Bindfäden c verhindern, dafs Halme durch die Latten fallen. Der Lattenrost wird über die Rollen ABCD geführt, von denen die Rollen A fest auf der Welle d sitzen, während die übrigen Rollen lose auf den entsprechenden festen Wellen sitzen. Die Inbetriebsetzung der Vorrichtung erfolgt mittelst der Welle d durch Zahnrad oder Riemscheibe, und nimmt der Lattenrost den durch die Pfeile angedeuteten Lauf, wobei das aus der Dreschtrommel kommende Stroh bei χ auf den Lattenrost gelangt, von dem höchsten Punkte y auf den Theil ζ des Lattenrostes fällt und bei u den Lattenrost verläfst.
