Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Wickel mit einer Saugschicht
und einer Feuchtigkeitssperrschicht, z. B. Windel.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Feuchtigkeit der Saugschicht bzw.
deren Feuchtigkeitssättigung zu signalisieren, ohne das über dem
Wickel bzw. der Windel liegende Gewebe, z. B. ein Strampelhöschen,
zu entfernen.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, daß zwischen Saugschicht und
Feuchtigkeitssperrschicht eine kleine Flachdose mit einem bei
Feuchtigkeit sich extrem ausdehnenden Material angebracht und in
der Flachdose ein kleiner Stößel vorgesehen ist, der bei
Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme so weit aus der Flachdose herausdrückbar ist, daß er
durch das Gewebe über dem Wickel fühlbar ist.
Somit braucht eine Windelhose oder ein Verband zur Kontrolle nicht
mehr geöffnet zu werden und ein Ausziehen oder Öffnen der darüberliegenden
Kleidung entfällt.
Die Zeichnung stellt ein Ausführungsbeispiel dar. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 einen schematischen Längsschnitt durch eine Windel
Fig. 2a die Stößellage im trockenen Zustand der Windel
Fig. 2b die Stößellage im feuchten Zustand
Fig. 3 den Stößel mit einer Blattfeder.
Nach Fig. 1 ist bei einer Windel zwischen einer Saugschicht 1 und
einer Feuchtigkeitssperrschicht 2 eine kleine Flachdose 3 etwa
von der Größenordnung eines Fünfmarkstücks vorzugsweise aus
Plastikmaterial angebracht. Diese Flachdose 3 ist ausgefüllt mit
einem bei Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme sich extrem ausdehnenden Material 4,
z. B. gepreßte Zellulose. Die Feuchtigkeit kann über Fließmaterial 7
oder direkt von der Saugschicht 1 in die Flachdose 3 geleitet
werden.
In der Flachdose 3 ist ein kleiner Stößel 5 vorgesehen, der bei der
Ausdehnung des Materials 4 herausgedrückt wird und dann über dem
Gewebe 6 leicht fühlbar ist - s. Fig. 2a und 2b.
Der Stößel 5 kann auch unter der Wirkung einer Art Blattfeder 8
stehen, die durch das aufquellende Material 4 von der gestrichelt
gezeichneten Endlage 8′ in die andere Endlage 8″ gebracht wird,
wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt ist.
Claims (4)
1. Wickel mit einer Saugschicht und einer Feuchtigkeitssperrschicht,
z. B. Windel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen
Saugschicht (1) und Feuchtigkeitssperrschicht (2) eine kleine
Flachdose (3) mit einem bei Feuchtigkeit sich extrem
ausdehnenden Material (4) angebracht und in der Flachdose (3) ein
kleiner Stößel (5) vorgesehen ist, der bei Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme
so weit aus der Flachdose (3) herausdrückbar ist, daß er
durch das Gewebe (6) über dem Wickel fühlbar ist.
2. Wickel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feuchtigkeit
des Saugmaterials (1) durch Fließmaterial (7) in die Flachdose
(3) geleitet wird.
3. Wickel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bei
Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme sich ausdehnende Material (4) gepreßte
Zellulose ist.
4. Wickel nach Anspruch 1 und einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stößel (5) durch eine Blattfeder (8) mit zwei
Endlagen (8′ u. 8″) bewegbar ist.
