Description

  • Beschreibung und Anwendung.
  • Sil ikonisierte Textilien 1.Das Sil ikonisieren ist für sämtliche feinmaschigen Gewebe der Textilerzeugenden Industrie geeignet.
  • 2.Die Wasserabstoßende Wirkung von Textilien wird bis heute über die Möglichkeit des Imprägnierens von Gewebe erzeugt.
  • Dies ist zwar billig aber nicht anhaltend. Eine andere Möglichkeit ist das überziehen mit Kunststoffen wie PVC oder anderen Thermoplasten. Dies ist teurer und da es das Gewebe überdeckt und somit unnatürlich wirkt ist es in der Modebranche weitgehend verpönt.
  • 3.Die Vorteile des silikonisierten Gewebes sind: a) Wasserundurchlässig und somit von Verschmutzungen leicht zu reinigen.
  • b) der natürliche Karakter des Gewebes bleibt nahezu vollständig erhalten. (Elastizität,Weichheit) c) die Farbe und die Struktur ist augenscheinlich unverändert.
  • d) nach der Herstellung und nach dem Bedrucken des Stoffes kann die Veredelung des Gewebes im Kaltverfahren billig erzeugt werden.
  • e) eine Abnutzung der Faser oder eine Verb lei chung der aufgedruckten Farben ist ohne eine mechanische oder chemische Zerstörung der Schutzschicht nicht möglich.
  • f) Das Gewebe erhält eine Temperaturbeständigkeit bis ca 2000C.
  • g) die silikonisierten Textilien sind schwer entflammbar.
  • 4.Versuchsausführung.
  • Die im Handel erhältliche flüssige Silikondichtmasse (transparent) gleichmäßig auf ein Lineal auftragen und über den glatt ausgelegten Stoff streichen.Dann ca stunde einwirken und austrocknen lassen. In der industrieellen Anwendung würde dies natürlich von einem an der Produktionsstrasse angegliedertem Rollensystem an der laufenden Meterware durchgeführt.
