Die Erfindung betrifft ein Küchenmodul, insbesondere als Arbeitsplatz im Privathaushalt.Description

In der Gastronomie, insbesondere in der Systemgastronomie, ist es üblich, professionelle Geräte zum Kochen und Warmhalten einzusetzen. Ein Beispiel dafür ist ein aus der Druckschrift DE 292 22 573 U1 bekanntes Kochzentrum mit Warm- und/oder Kaltausgabe, bei dem in einen Geräteträger als Einsatz- oder Einschubgeräte konzipierte Koch-, Kühl- oder Arbeitsgeräte mit einem GN-Behälter entsprechenden Aoßenabmessungen angeordnet sind. Ein einzelner Geräte- oder Systemträger dieser Art mit den einzelnen Geräten ist aus dem Eisfink/Rieber-Produktinformationsblatt &ldquor;varithek", 1998, bekannt. Das Kochgerät kann als Warmhalteplatte, Kochplatte, Induktionskochfeld, WOK, Grillplatte, Pasta-Cooker, Pizza-Ofen, Friteuse, Dampfgargerät oder Backofen ausgebildet sein. Der Einsatz von solchen professionellen Geräten ist im Privathaushalt bislang unüblich. Der Einsatz eines Kochzentrums der vorgenannten Art wäre allein aus Platzgründen im Privathaushalt nicht möglich. Daher ist in Privathaushalten noch immer eine Anordnung aus vier Kochfeldern und einer Back- oder Grillröhre weit verbreitet. Eine solche Geräteanordnung läßt eine wirtschaftliche Zubereitung im Ablauf der Speisenfolge nicht zu. Im Privathaushalt wird denn auch die Zubereitung eines Mehrgangmenüs zur organisatorischen Glanzleistung. Teller werden in der Backröhre vorgewärmt, fertiges Gargut, welches darin warmgehalten wird, trocknet aus, und die Wärmezufuhr über die gängigen genormten Kochfelder erfolgt bei unterschiedlichen Topfgrößen nicht gleichmäßig. Schließlich kommen die bislang im Privathaushalt eingesetzten Küchengeräte auch nicht dem heutigen Trend entgegen, Arbeitsplatz und Eßplatz in der Küche zu vereinigen, so daß Zubereiten und Verzehren zu einem gemeinsamen Erlebnis für Hausfrau und Gäste werden. Man behilft sich heutzutage beispielsweise damit, daß der Eßplatz wie eine Eßbar um den Herd angeordnet wird. Ein in den Fig. 1 und 2 insgesamt mit 10 bezeichnetes Küchenmodul weist ein langgestrecktes Traggestell 12 auf, das aus zwei Längsträgern 14, 16 besteht, die in einem gegenseitigen Abstand a durch Querträger 18, 20 fest miteinander verbunden sind. Die Längsträger 14, 16 sind auf vier Füßen angeordnet, welche jeweils die Bezugszahl 22 tragen. An den Schmalseiten des langgestreckten Traggestells 12 ist jedes Paar Füße durch vier Querstäbe 24 in sich fest verbunden. Außerdem sind die Längsträger 14, 16 durch drei zwischen ihnen angeordnete Querstäbe 26 fest miteinander verbunden. Die Querstäbe 26 sind lediglich in Fig. 1 dargestellt (in Endansicht). Die Längsträger 14, 16 und die Querträger 18, 20 bestehen jeweils aus Vierkantrohr, vorzugsweise aus nichtrostendem Stahl.
