Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Luftfeder, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, umfassend einen Luftfederbalg aus elastomerem Werkstoff, der insbesondere mit einem eingebetteten Festigkeitsträger versehen ist, wobei sein oberes Ende am Luftfederdeckel und sein unteres Ende am Luftfederkolben befestigt ist, insbesondere jeweils unter Verwendung eines Klemmringes, wobei ferner der Luftfederkolben eine Außenfläche aufweist, an der der Luftfederbalg beim Ein- und Ausfedern abrollen kann; sowie eine Außenführung für den Luftfederbalg, wobei die Außenführung an einem Bauteil der Luftfeder befestigt ist.The invention relates to an air spring, in particular for motor vehicles, comprising an air spring bellows made of elastomeric material, which is in particular provided with an embedded strength carrier, wherein its upper end is attached to the air spring cover and its lower end to the air spring piston, in particular using a clamping ring in each case, wherein the air spring piston also has an outer surface on which the air spring bellows can roll during compression and rebound; as well as an outer guide for the air spring bellows, wherein the outer guide is attached to a component of the air spring.
Bei außengeführten Luftfederbälgen (hierbei können Axialbälge oder Kreuzlagenbälge mit geringem Fadenwinkel zum Einsatz kommen) muß die Außenführung befestigt werden. Hierzu gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten, die jeweils eine andere Kinematik der Luftfeder zur Folge haben. Eine Möglichkeit besteht darin, die Außenführung mit einem gesonderten Elastomerteil am Luftfederdeckel zu befestigen, so daß sie sich gemeinsam mit dem Luftfederbalg gegen den Luftfederdeckel bewegen kann, um so beispielsweise seitliche Bewegungen des Luftfederkolbens aufgrund der Fahrwerkskinematik auszugleichen. Diese Lösung hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß die Lage des Luftfederbalges in der Außenführung nicht definiert ist und davon abhängt, in welcher Stellung sich die Teile (Luftfederbalg, Außenführung, Deckel und Kolben) beim Befüllen der Luftfeder befinden.In the case of externally guided air spring bellows (axial bellows or cross-layer bellows with a small thread angle can be used), the external guide must be secured.
