Von der Firma Russka werden am Markt Vorrichtungen zur Pflege des Rückens bzw. zur Versorgung des Rückens mit medizinischen Produkten angeboten. Mittels einer derartigen Vorrichtung kann man ohne fremde Hilfe den eigenen Rücken nach dem Baden oder beim Sonnen mit Sonnenschutzmitteln eincremen. Eine derartige Vorrichtung ermöglicht es auch beim Vorliegen von Hauterkrankungen Salbe auf die Rückenpartien aufzutragen. Bei der bekannten Vorrichtung handelt es sich um ein Universalgerät, mittels dessen durch Aufsetzen verschiedener Köpfe, beispielsweise eines Kopfes mit einem Schwamm oder einer Bürste, der Rücken eingecremt, gewaschen und massiert werden kann.
