18. Device according to claim 16 or 17, characterized in that the stem ( 16 ) is narrowed in its second end region ( 16a ).

19. Device according to one of claims 16-18, characterized in that the sponge ( 18 ) provided in the second end region ( 16a ) of the handle is glued to the handle ( 16 ).
