Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Wohnzimmer- oder Couchtisch mit einer vorzugsweise höhenverstellbaren Tischplatte und einem Tischgestell, wobei in einem Normalzustand unterhalb der Tischplatte eine weitere Platte angeordnet ist.The invention relates to a living room or coffee table with a preferably height-adjustable table top and a table frame, wherein in a normal state a further plate is arranged below the table top.

Bekannt sind zwar schon spezielle Hilfen in Form des Ruhesessels mit hochklappbarem Fußstützteil, von Liegen, Sesseln mit Fußhocker etc. Solche Möbelstücke, wie bspw- mobile Fußhocker und besondere Beinauflagen passend zur Sitzgarnitur, beinhalten stets das Problem der Unterbringung nach Gebrauch. Meist ist aber der Mensch zu bequem, sich mit diesen Hilfsmitteln einzurichten, so daß er eher geneigt ist, die nicht so konventionelle Benutzung des Tisches zu wählen. Gelöst ist diese Aufgabe durch die in den Ansprüchen angegebene Erfindung.This object is achieved by the invention specified in the claims.

Zufolge solcher Ausgestaltung ist ein gattungsgemäßes Möbel erhöhten Gebrauchswerts erzielt. Es kommt eine gleichsam "legale" Nutzungsfunktion hinzu, nämlich die der Fuß- bzw. Beinauflage. Der zurückhaltendere Benutzer ist in psychologischer Hinsicht jedenfalls nicht mehr so sehr gesperrt, die Füße auf den Tisch zu legen, da die weitere Funktion in einer anderen Ebene liegt als die normale Nutzfläche der Tischplatte. Der entsprechende Unterflurbereich ist bequem zugänglich. Konkret sieht diese Sache demgemäß so aus, daß die weitere Platte eine zur Fußauflage geeignete und übliche Gestaltung aufweist in Form einer Polsterung, eines Lederüberzugs oder dergleichen, und daß die weitere Platte zur Fußauflage durch Verschieben oder Verschwenken der Tischplatte freigebbar ist. Die Polsterung vermeidet Druckflächen und erhöht die bequeme Nutzung. Außerdem suggeriert sie die hinzugekommene Funktion der Fuß- bzw. Beinauflage. Optimiert ist die Bequemlichkeit durch die weitere Maßnahme, daß die Tischplatte zusammen mit der weiteren Platte höhenverstellbar ist. Hierdurch läßt sich die individuell bequemste Stellung einstellen. Durch eine untereinander unabhängige Höhenverstellbarkeit von Tischplatte und weiterer Platte kann die Tischplatte auch bspw. so hoch gestellt werden, daß der Benutzer, wie bei Krankenkonsolen, die Tischplatte sogar über die Armlehne eines Sessels hinweg schwenken kann bis vor die Frontseite des Sitzenden. Um eine möglichst große freie Fläche zur Fußbzw. Beinauflage zu bekommen, ist die Tischplatte um eine bezüglich der Fußauflage randseitig angeordnete, im wesentlichen vertikale Schwenkachse schwenkbar angeordnet. Neben einer Ebenengleichheit ist auch eine partiell oder überwiegend überlappende Anordnung solcher Tischplatten vorteilhaft. Schließlich wird noch vorgeschlagen, daß die Tischplatte weiter einen feststehenden Teilbereich aufweist. Endlich bringt die Erfindung noch in Vorschlag, daß die Grundstellung der Tischplatte verrastet ist.
