Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transportwagen für Bauplatten, insbesondere einen Transportkarren für Wandbauplatten in paketierter Form. Diese werden vorzugsweise auf Baustellen nach dem Antransport zum Weitertransport von Bauplatten an unterschiedliche Verarbeitungsstellen eingesetzt.The invention relates to a transport trolley for building boards, in particular a transport trolley for wall boards in packaged form. Die bekannten derartigen Transportwagen für den Transport von paketierten Bauplatten sind als Transportwagen mit einem Tragrahmen aus Metall und einer die Ladefläche bildenden Platte bekannt. Mit diesen Transportwagen ist es nicht möglich, bereits entladene paketierte Bauplatten wieder aufzunehmen, um sie ggf. an einen anderen Entladeort zu transportieren. Dazu kommt, dass der Entladevorgang körperlich eine hohe Belastung darstellt und die Bauplatten generell Beschädigungen aufweisen.
Auch nach der Literatur sind spezielle Transportwagen zum Transport, Entladen, Abkippen oder Versetzen von unterschiedlichen Baumaterialien wie Ziegel- oder Steinstapeln u.a. bekannt.It is known to unload pallets of building boards after transport to the construction site onto a transport device, preferably onto a transport trolley similar to a sack barrow, and drive them to the processing site. Er besitzt ein speziell ausgebildetes Hand- und Hebelgriffpaar, das dem Ladeblech gegenüberliegend am Karrenrahmen angeordnet ist. Die Armhebelgriffe sind in bestimmtem Winkel nach außen und nach unten verstellbar. Die Achse des zweiten größeren Radpaares ist entsprechend des Gewichts der Ladung, die aufgenommen und transportiert wird, gegenüber dem Ladeblech verstellbar. Diese besitzt am oberen Ende einen über ein Gelenk abklappbaren und höhenverstellbaren Haltebügel, so dass das Ladegut beim Transport sicher gehalten und beim Abklappen schonend entladen werden kann.
Der Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Transportwagens besteht darin, dass er mit normaler körperlicher Belastung manuell bewegbar ist, eine zweckmäßige einfache Handhabung besitzt und für unterschiedliche Baumaterialien in paketierter Form sicher beladbar, richtungsunabhängig vorwärts und rückwärts verfahrbar und schonend wieder entladbar ist.According to the invention, the pair of lever handles, which is preferably ergonomically designed, has a holding device for safe loading and unloading of the load. Dabei ist ein bestimmter optimaler Abstand der Radpaare 2 und 3 voneinander am Tragrahmen 1 einzuschalten, um beim Entlade- bzw.
