Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen von Hundekot. Derartige Vorrichtungen sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. In der Regel handelt es sich dabei um mehr oder weniger steife Tüten, gegebenenfalls mit Einlage, und zugeordneten Schaufeln oder Kratzern. Diese Tüten mit Zubehör sollen vom Hundehalter beim Ausführen des Hundes mitgenommen und bei Bedarf eingesetzt werden, damit die Tüten mit dem aufgenommenen Hundekot und gegebenenfalls das Zubehör später entsorgt werden können. Der Hundehalter sieht beim Ergreifen der Vorrichtung auch, ob bereits eine Tüte in die Tasche eingesetzt ist. Zum Aufnehmen des Hundekotes wird die Tasche und damit die Tüte durch Verschwenken der Griffe und damit der Backen geöffnet. Die Tüte wird über den Hundekot gestülpt und die Backen werden durch Zusammenführung der beiden Griffe geschlossen. 1. Device for picking up dog excrement, comprising two articulated double-armed levers with handles ( 2 , 3 ) and jaws ( 4 , 5 ), wherein the jaws ( 4 , 5 ) form a pocket ( 6 ) for a bag ( 7 ) that can be inserted therein and a leash reel ( 13 ) is accommodated in one of the handles ( 2 or 3 ).
