Reinigungstuch aus NaturfasernCleaning cloth made of natural fibers

Durch dieThe invention relates to a cleaning cloth which can be made of natural stem fibres such as flax, hemp, jute, sunn, kenaf, urena, rosella, ramie or leaf fibres such as sisal, henequen, manila, fique, phormium. The cleaning cloth is manufactured in a wide range of dimensions using water jet entanglement technology and the surface can be designed in a variety of ways. Depending on the intended use, the microporosity and the uniformity of the surface can vary and therefore be structured. The cleaning cloth can be used dry or wet. In order to influence the functionality of the cleaning cloth, the fibres used in the production of nonwoven fabrics can be mixed with one another. The cleaning cloth can be designed in such a way that the top or bottom of the cleaning cloth have different functions, so the type of fibre, fibre arrangement, structure and surface finish can be different.

Enrichment with liquid or solid active ingredients makes it possible to use it as a dry or wet cleaning cloth.

Cleaning cloths that correspond to the above-mentioned design are not known. There are water jet-bonded nonwovens that are also sometimes used for cleaning, but which consist of synthetic fibers or plant hairs, such as cotton. The disadvantage of these cloths is that they do not achieve the mechanical cleaning effect of the cleaning cloths described in the invention. The wet tear resistance, which is particularly required for wet wipes, is also not as good as the cleaning cloth produced in the invention. Another disadvantage of the already known cleaning cloths is the comparatively high manufacturing costs, due to the use of expensive raw materials.

The inventor's task was therefore to develop a cleaning cloth that is based on very inexpensive raw materials, has very high tear resistance, has a very high mechanical cleaning effect, has a very variable surface design and can be used as a cleaning cloth in both dry and wet states. The design according to the invention was able to meet all of these requirements.

One advantage of the cleaning cloths produced according to the invention is that they can be used as dry and wet cleaning cloths. Furthermore, the use of fiber materials achieves a very high mechanical cleaning effect, which can be specifically influenced by the different design options for the cleaning cloth surfaces, the presence of liquid or solid active ingredients, and the single or multi-layer nonwoven structure. Another advantage is the different use of the cleaning cloth, for example with a coarse cleaning cloth underside and a fine cleaning cloth top, so that an abrasive effect or coarse pre-cleaning is possible and a polishing effect can be achieved with the same cleaning cloth with the finer cleaning cloth top. The accumulation of active ingredients or a moist cleaning cloth design can bind the dirt while simultaneously caring for the surface to be cleaned.

The cleaning cloth made of stem and/or bast fibers can be used in one or more layers as a dry or wet cleaning cloth in a wide variety of areas. For example, it can be used in the sanitary sector. A wide variety of designs are conceivable as a cosmetic cloth. In addition to a very good cleaning effect, the use of hemp fibers in the cosmetic cloth also achieves a very high massage effect. As a car wipe, rough cleaning and polishing can be carried out with the same cleaning cloth, with active ingredients of the same or different type added to the cleaning cloth enhancing the desired cleaning or care effect.
