So far, two or three textile layers have often been cut into form, superimposed and sewn to produce textile fabrics. Partial is also a Vorvernähen z. B. of only two of three layers necessary to perform the subsequent production semiautomatic or fully automatic. The layers can slip and must be aligned exactly with each other before they are connected by an edge seam. The connection via an edge seam is complex and weakens the textile composite at the edges. Especially for applications under clean room conditions, the open edges of the two or three layers are disadvantageous because particles can be released through the open edges. Two or three textile layers are not dimensionally stable in themselves. In the case of partial or complete automation, the precision of the feeding and handling of the individual layers prior to sewing is very complicated.
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The invention has for its object to further develop a textile fabric of the type mentioned above that it has different use properties for customized uses and that the fabric, even if it is exposed to elevated mechanical loads, its production-related form during a long period of use substantially reserves.
This object is achieved by the features of
To achieve the object, it is provided that the support layer has a shrinkage according to DIN EN ISO 53866-2, according to which a five times at 60 ° C washed support layer has a maximum of 5% shrinkage and that the support layer a scrub resistance according to Martindale according to DIN EN ISO 12947- 1: 2007-4, which is at least 20,000 cycles. The spacer layer can be designed to store liquid. The spacer layer connects the cleaning layer and the support layer directly to each other. Due to the shape-stabilizing support layer, the entire textile fabric retains its production-related shape over a long period of use and has consistently good service properties during its service life. In particular, when the textile fabric is used as a cleaning fabric, the shape-stabilizing support layer is of crucial importance. The cleaning layer and the spacer layer can be optimally adapted to the particular circumstances of the application, because in the design of cleaning layer and spacer layer needs to be taken virtually no consideration for their dimensional stability; For the stabilization of the shape of the entire textile fabric provides almost exclusively the support layer.
Especially with textile fabrics, in which three sides are completely enclosed and one side is partially sewn at two ends by a few centimeters, the use of spacer materials is an advantage. Such fabrics are sewn "on the left", i. H. with the inside out. In a final step, the finished textile fabric, for example a mop, is turned over by hand so that the seams inside the textile fabric disappear and clean outer edges are created. This has two advantages: the open fabric edges are protected against abrasion inside the textile fabric during the washing process, in particular the seam itself. In addition, fewer particles are released during washing. The manual everting is easily possible with spacer materials due to the high elasticity of the middle layer and the resulting lower expenditure of force, which represents a major advantage in the production ergonomics. This is of great advantage.
According to the invention it is provided that the support layer has a shrinkage according to DIN EN ISO 53866-2, after which a five times at 60 ° C washed support layer has a maximum of 5% shrinkage. The support layer preferably has at most 3% shrinkage. This low shrinkage causes an excellent dimensional stability of the support layer and thus a similar dimensional stability of the entire textile fabric. In particular, when the textile fabric is used as a cleaning fabric and used as part of a cleaning device, a good dimensional stability during a long service life is essential. If the shrinkage were significantly greater than 5%, it could happen that the textile fabric could no longer or no longer satisfactorily be connected to a carrier body of the cleaning appliance. It could happen, for example, that a cleaning textile designed as a cover after repeated washing, due to excessive shrinkage, can no longer be pulled onto the support body of the cleaning device.
According to the invention, the support layer has a abrasion resistance according to Matindale according to DIN EN ISO 12947-1: 2007-4, which amounts to at least 20,000 cycles. Preferably, the abrasion resistance is at least 50,000 cycles. A high number of cycles, together with the dimensional stability described above, causes the fabric to be reused over a long period of time without limiting its performance characteristics. A good abrasion resistance also favors the washability described above, ideally at least 800 washes, without the use properties of the textile fabric changing appreciably disadvantageously. For example for professional cleaning companies this is an advantage. Due to the long service life with consistently good performance properties, the use of the textile fabric is particularly cost-effective. The abovementioned abrasion resistance is particularly important if the textile fabric is designed as a cleaning textile and forms a component of a cleaning device together with a supporting body. Usually, neither the cleaning layer nor the spacer layer are particularly form and / or abrasion resistant. They are expediently designed primarily for good cleaning performance and good liquid storage properties and / or good damping / compensation properties. A relative movement between the support body and the textile fabric would usually lead to a relatively high abrasive wear of the textile fabric. In order to avoid abrasive wear on the side of the textile fabric facing the support body, the support layer has the above-described high abrasion resistance. The textile fabric thus has a good durability.
According to an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the cleaning layer consists of microfibers or contains microfibers. It is advantageous that even greasy dirt can be removed streak-free.
In addition, it is advantageous that microfiber textiles release liquid particularly evenly or record, which is particularly advantageous if the textile fabric as cleaning fabric, for example, as part of a cleaning device, are used. In general, the cleaning layer can be formed by a conventional cleaning fabric.
The spacer layer has an open structure. As a result, the textile fabric can be ejected / pressed out particularly easily. Due to the open structure of the spacer layer is also advantageous that the textile fabric dries particularly quickly after its use and that the entire fabric has only a low weight.
The spacer layer can be designed as a liquid reservoir and / or as a damping and compensating layer. It is advantageous that unevenness in a surface to be cleaned by the spacer layer can be well balanced. Such bumps may be formed, for example, by joints between tiled floors or by heels. In the same operation, in which the surface to be cleaned is cleaned, also the existing joints or heels are cleaned.
According to the invention, it is provided that the textile fabric described above is used as a cleaning textile.
In addition, the invention relates to a cleaning device, comprising a textile fabric, as described above, and a support body, wherein the textile fabric is formed as a cleaning fabric and is connected by means of its supporting position with the support body. Due to the high resistance and the excellent dimensional stability of the support layer, the entire cleaning device has consistently good performance characteristics during a long service life. The dimensionally stable textile fabric can be repeatedly detached from the support body during a long period of use, for example, thoroughly cleaned by machine washing and then re-applied to the support body.
The support body may be connected on its side facing away from the support position with a device handle. The cleaning device is guided by its user on the device handle. The cleaning device can be designed, for example, as a folding holder, the mop cover as a pocket mop.
