Die vorliegende Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Anbringen eines Parkscheines und/oder einer Parkscheibe an einem Kraftrad.The present innovation relates to a device for attaching a parking ticket and/or a parking disc to a motorcycle.

In deutschen Städten ist ein Parken in bestimmten Zonen, wie beispielsweise Bereiche eines eingeschränkten Halteverbots, nur für eine bestimmte Zeit, die sogenannte Parkzeit, zulässig. Um die Parkzeit nach außen zu dokumentieren, sind Kraftfahrzeugführer in Abhängigkeit von der jeweiligen Zone gemäß § 13 StVO gezwungen, entweder einen Parkschein oder eine Parkscheibe von außen gut lesbar an ihrem Kraftfahrzeug anzubringen. Unproblematisch gestaltet sich dies bei geschlossenen Kraftfahrzeugen wie Personenkraftwagen und Lastkraftwagen, deren Fahrzeugführer den Parkschein oder die Parkscheibe innerhalb des Kraftfahrzeuges, in der Regel hinter der Windschutzscheibe, auslegen, wo diese einerseits gut sichtbar und andererseits vor den Witterungsbedingungen oder dem Zugriff Dritter geschützt sind.In German cities, parking in certain zones, such as areas with a restricted parking ban, is only permitted for a certain period of time, the so-called parking time. So kann ein starker Wind beispielsweise dazu führen, daß ein auf dem Kraftrad abgelegter Parkschein oder eine Parkscheibe fortgeweht wird, so daß für die kontrollierende Person nicht nachvollziehbar ist, ob ein Parkschein gelöst wurde bzw. eine Parkscheibe benutzt und die zulässige Parkzeit eingehalten wurde. Die besagte Druckschrift schlägt vor, die Parkscheibe mittels des Bügelschlosses an der gelochten Bremsscheibe des Vorderrades oder an den Spiegeln des Kraftrades anzubringen. Diese Lösung hat den Nachteil, daß ein zusätzliches Bügelschloß sowie ein zugehöriger Schlüssel erforderlich ist, was die Handhabbarkeit erschwert und die Gesamtkosten erhöht.A parking disc, particularly for motorcycles, is also known from DE 298 19 786 Ul. Die vorliegende Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Parkscheibe und/oder eines Parkscheines an einem Kraftrad mit mindestens einer Tasche zur Aufnahme einer Parkscheibe und/oder eines Parkscheines. Unter einer Tasche ist ein i.d.R. flaches Behältnis mit einer Öffnung zu verstehen, durch die der Parkschein und/oder die Parkscheibe in die Tasche eingeführt werden kann. Die Vorrichtung weist ferner eine Lasche auf, die mit einer Aussparung versehen ist. Der Tankstutzen eines Kraftrades kann durch Aussparung hindurchgeführt werden. Nach dem Hindurchführen kann die Lasche durch Aufbringen des Tankdeckels auf dem Stutzen an dem Kraftrad fixiert werden. Die Vorrichtung 2 weist eine Tasche 4 auf, die flach ausgebildet ist und im vorliegenden Beispiel von einer durchsichtigen Folie gebildet ist. An der Tasche 4 ist eine Lasche 6 angeordnet. Die Verschlußlasche 10 kann um den Rand der Öffnung 8 verschwenkt und in die Tasche 4 geklappt werden, so daß die Tasche 4 verschlossen ist. Claims

1. Device for attaching a parking disc and/or a parking ticket to a motorcycle with at least one pocket ( 4 , 4 ') for receiving a parking disc and/or a parking ticket and a tab ( 6 ) with a recess ( 12 ), wherein the tank filler neck of a motorcycle can be passed through the recess ( 12 ) so that the tab ( 6 ) can be fixed to the motorcycle by attaching the tank cap to the tab.

2. Device for attaching a parking ticket to a motorcycle according to claim 1, characterized in that a parking disc ( 24 ) is provided, to which the tab ( 6 ) is fastened and on which the pocket ( 4 ') for receiving the parking ticket is arranged.

3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the parking disc ( 24 ) consists of weather-resistant material.

4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the parking disc ( 24 ) consists of plastic.

5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pocket ( 4 , 4 ') consists essentially of transparent material, so that the pocket contents can be seen from the outside.

6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a closure means is provided for closing the bag.

7. Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the closure means comprises a closure tab ( 10 ) arranged in the region of the opening of the bag and foldable into the interior of the bag.

8. Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the closure means is a clip closure.

9. Device for attaching a parking disc to a motorcycle with a parking disc ( 24 ) on which a tab ( 6 ) with a recess ( 12 ) is arranged, wherein the tank filler neck of a motorcycle can be passed through the recess ( 12 ) so that the tab ( 6 ) can be fixed to the motorcycle by attaching the tank cap to the nozzle.

10. Device according to claim 9, characterized in that the parking disc ( 24 ) consists of weather-resistant material.
