Provision device for a packaging container according to one of claims 1-12, with an annular channel ( 34 ) in which the folded film tube element ( 20 ) and the funnel-shaped extension ( 18 ) are arranged, and an annular removal slot ( 14 ) for pulling out the funnel-shaped extension ( 18 ) and the film tube element ( 20 ).
