1. Es ist daher eine Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung bereitzustellen, die ausreichend an dem Folienbeutel haftet und so appliziert werden kann, dass kein Zweifel besteht, dass diese Haftungseigenschaften erreicht worden sind.
2. Aufgrund von wechselnden Kennzeichnungsvorschriften bzw. unterschiedlichen Exportbestimmungen ist es oftmals notwendig, die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung bei Bedarf ohne Zerstörung des Folienbeutels und ohne übermäßige Anstrengungen wieder vom Folienbeutel abzunehmen. Ein einfacher direkter Informationsaufdruck auf den Folienbeutel ist daher ausgeschlossen.
3. Trotz der kleinen Oberfläche der Folienbeutel ist zu gewährleisten, dass alle relevanten Produktinformationen wie z.B. Produktname, Verfallsdatum, Chargenangaben, Nebenwirkungen, Bestandteile etc. am Folienbeutel angebracht sind, so dass der End- und ggf. Zwischenverbraucher wie Krankenhäuser jederzeit alle produktrelevanten Informationen im direkten Zugriff haben.
